Rama Rama, kya yeh drama

I am not able to understand what are they trying to show here...wasnt Armaan first coaching sid to get Ridzy? like the kal ho na ho track? and now? he cant get over it...what i dont understand is, why are everyone so glitched to Sanjeevni hospital...? cant Armaan leave and live his own life?I want him to be happy really... Ridzy - i cant understand her at all...what she wants to prove to Sid? why is she so concerned still for Armaan....the story is not at all moving....JP and jiggy seems to be just add ons....can they show their lives too? also Shilpa's bubbly character should have able to make Armaan smile and be happy again....but even that is not being shown...
