Arbaaz's excited about Dabbang
Arbaaz Khan is quite excited about his first production, and is doing everything possible to ensure that the movie is a hit.
Speaking about the film Dabbang, he said, " It's a wonderful story, and Salman has done a great job. You will see Salman in a totally different avatar in the film. He plays a corrupt police officer, whose entire life changes. The movie is set in Utter Pradesh and highlights the flaws and loopholes in the system," says Arbaaz. He also adds, "The film will primarily deal with the unlawful practices in the states of UP and the involvement of the police in it."
Salman Khah has also helped his brother a lot with his first production. "Salman is a very experienced superstar. I took every suggestion that Salman had to offer and incorporated them accordingly, " says Arbaaz.
Arbaaz also defended Salman's saying that previous suggestions made by Salman were not taken well. "In Dabangg, we welcomed his inputs and had this added to the movie's overall feeling, especially in the action sequences," he adds.
Five lengthy action sequences, including a 20-minute climax scene, were devised by Salman in collaboration with action director S. Vijayan, who did the stunts for the Salman-starrer Wanted. Salman's brief to Vijayan was simple - "Make the action sequences bigger and better than Wanted."
"We want Dabangg to be the biggest action flick of 2010. I can't deny we devised the stunts accordingly," said Arbaaz.
Dabangg is all set to release on September 10, 2010.
