Questions about face mask and scrub...

First of all this forum has very useful beauty and healthy tips for skin as well as scrubs and masks.. but i still have few questions about them..that is How often should u use ur scrub and mask? And do u use the scrub and mask at the same time or at different days? I usually use scrub followed by the mask once a week.. i don't know if i am on right track😕 plz help me
