Drama starts from the same room, except that the morning has broken. Sid walks out limping and is followed by Riddhima who is also limping. I guess it was the first there was something common between the husband and wife, the limp. Outside his car is ready, shining, but who brought it? Must be Armaan so that Sid leaves alone and then he can complete the garden ride for Riddhima.
Sid sits in the car and wants to drive out, Riddhima hop-steps and jumps in front of the car, and stands like a matador, and asks him to drive over her. Difficult manouever but possible. Meanwhile the only spectator Armaan walks out and watches the drama. Armaan is probably thinking if Sid drives over here, whatever is left of her, will she be usable? She dares Sid to drive over her but Sid does not seem to be ready nor confident due to the status of his car. He could swered the car easily and just gone back but there was this head and leg injury. Both serious. Not to show that Sid cannot drive like Armaan, he tells Riddhima not to behave as a kid and get aside. They keep arguing.. Riddhima constantly daring and tempting him to drive over her.
Armaan is standing in the vicinity like a vampire, sometime he appears far away and suddenly he appears closer to Riddhima. Sid revvs the car but finally he gives in. I told you so.. he does not last very long..He gets out of the car and everyone in the audience was holding the breath as he might hit her, he gives her a dirty look and then moves on and sits on the passenger seat. Riddhima sits on the drivers seat. Technically both are in pain and have a problem with their foot but Riddhima get to drives, where Armaan stands there waiting as an old turkey buzzard.
Riddhima drives out and drives fast. They all are from Sanjeevni formula one track team. She is now using the drive and speak dialogues feature without opening her mouth. Sid is on a different frequency. And she knows (how?) that Sid is angry but she think thats the wrong reason because he did not catch them in the act, rest is all speculation, no proof. case dismissed.
Sid such a sweet soul responds, who is at fault I don't know. But he was sure that before today he never felt the pain. Was it the head injury, ligament or seeing Riddhima in the arms of Armaan. The flashback appears on the car door window where Armaan holds him by his collar and when he did not punch him. Now he punches the window glass and the flashback disappears. This new touch screen technology is available in the DMG cars, it was similar to the HUD Head Up Displays in the fighter aircraft but for flashbacks they use side windows displays.
She adjusts the rear view mirror and Armaan is following them in his car. For sure the Annual Checkup of the children is over.
Armaan is following them and running Riddhima and Sid flashbacks "Tu nahi tera flashback hi sahi" He reviews her flashback and compares that how she cared for Sid. But the amazing thing where he was stuck was that Riddhima was caring for Sid as she never cared for Armaan and the way Sid is treating her.. we need to take some time out here.

At that time he never felt bad for Riddhima, or the way these two treated Riddhima on exchange programs he never felt bad. When Sid sent the divorce papers, he never felt bad for Riddhima. Is it the motion sickness which is causing this change?

Starts a discussion but Sid is relapsing into his old dialogue "ke main chahye jo bhi kar loon tumhey iss se koi bhi faraq nahin parhta". But Riddhima cleverly distracts him by saying why do you want our relationship to be dependent on a piece of paper (toilet paper?). Sid seems to be falling for it and at that very moment Armaan like a Knight Rider also stops the car alongside to see what is happening. Blows his horn and in fact irritating everyone, Riddhima, Sid and the audience.
Scene changes but not the characters
Sid is lying on the hospital bed wearing dark pinkish gayish color dress. Armaan the ligament surgeon enters and Riddhima tells him Sid is feeling a lot of pain and we need to give him another painkiller. Sid does not respond in a friendly manner, Armaan then speaks like a Surgeon, "Sid I know you don't want me to treat you but at Sanjeevni the patients cannot choose their own doctors" Is it true? even when Sid'd mom came.
Riddhima puts her hand on Sid's foot and says "iss par plaster chadhana parey ga." Armaan put his hand over Riddhima's hand and Sid notices that. Riddhima does not pull her hand away. Do we think she should extra cautious? Armaan has reverted back to touch-as-much-as-you-can mode with Riddhima. Sid walks rather hops out of the bed and Riddhima stops him again and convinces him that he needs a specialist, and pauses and then says almost sheepishly "aur woh specialist Dr. Armaan hain."
Then came the most popular dialog over the weekend. "Dr.Armaan aisay cases may specialise kartey hain ye to tumhey maaloom hai, laikin inki aik aur speciality hai" Armaan is waiting for the compliment, Sid continues "jaise ki logon ki patni churana" Three cheers for Sid Hip! Hip! Hurraayyyyy!!! Armaan does not like it and turns back and looks at him Sid questions him "Kyun Dr. Armaan?" Riddhima feels embarrassed Armaan leaves the room, I felt that he still touched Riddhima with his fingers when he walked next to her. She calls out "Armaan" but immediately stops and does not follow him.
Riddhima politely tells Sid, "Enough! Siddhant Enough! you don't know what you are saying!"
Armaan came here as a doctor and wanted to treat you but you.." what an honorable doctor, we all saw that in the jungle.
Riddhima follows and Armaan is in the corridor, on a snail, ensuring that he stays within the hearing distance of Riddhima and Sid. She calls and Armaan stops and turns around. Riddhima says sorry from Sid side it was truly remarkable. "Siddhant ne jo tum se kaha hai woh nahi kehna chaiye"
Armaan who knows what he said was the truth, says "let it be." She adds Armaan "main tum se .." the Armaan bells starts to ring as if she going to admit her love for him. After seeing Riddhima's behaviour he still think. I am sure he is one of the few "jo makhi dekh kar bhi kha jatay hain"
She breaks his hope by saying that I want you to sign his discharge papers. He looks around depressed, and with a wry smile says "discharge papers, haan"
Riddhima explains, he needs rest and I am taking him home. Armaan was about to ask her "would you come back?"
Now she takes out her scalpel and tells Armaan that whatever Sid said was wrong, but
have you ever thought being in his shoes. Have you ever thought why did he say this.
Suddenly she talks like Dr. Kirti, (Armaan understands her language very well) "Dr. Armman aik patient ne aap ko kuch keh diya aur aap apni responsibility bhool kar uusay chor diya, actually yeh to aapki purani aadat hai, she cuts the scalpel deep into his flesh..Jab aap ka mann kiya toh aap nay uss insaan ko pura waqt diya aur jab aap ka man uth gaya to aap ne ussay waqt ke saharay chor diya." Guys is this a mixup or what.. someone is dragging the heels into the ground and stopping the story from moving forward. Did she have to remind him of the what he did to her. Sorry, she used this as a prelude to her next dialogue, "aap ki iss adaat ki wajah se main Sid ki health ko risk main nahi daaloongi. "usko dekh bhaal ki zaroorat hai, aur main uski dekh bhall karoongi. " I could see a small tamanna (who'd like to step on the b*lls) emerging out of Riddhima. Armaan after listening to all this refuses to sign.The reason was so unique and could be used as an email id. "main tumhey aur Sid ko aik saath nahin dekh sakta." Armaan brings on a totally new perspective to the profession and Riddhima keeps motivating him of being a doctor. Why can't she just tell him that he is her husband and if he can't see them together, he can go to hell.
Scene changes
Armann walks in the FE alone for the second time and the painful things for him is,
1. He cannot see them together
2. Even after having the divorce papers signed she herself wants to look after him and he is all tears when he says that for this you want me to sign his discharge papers.
I must praise this, because people think I am biased. How do I praise this?

Dr. Shashaank is investigating as to who allowed Sid to go to the Orphanage. She tells him that he came after me and Armaan. Sid is very nice blah blah.. but again when Dr. Shashaank says Armaan can also sign these papers, she lies that he is busy. Why can't she tell her father that Armaan refused for what reasons.
Dr. Shashank looks at the file, and he refuses to sign as his condition is not fit to be discharged. Is he a heart patient? She insists that she will take care of him as she is still her wife. She continues to convince her father "jab main mushkil waqt main thi, tab Sid ne mera haath thaama tha. aur aaj jab voh akela hai toh main ussay choroon gi nahin. Aap buss sign kar dijye main uss ka khayal rakhoon gi."
Dr. Siddanth is happy to see her concerned about Sid. She comes back to pick up Sid, he is gone and she goes down to the locker room and Armaan is waiting there.
He pickups a new maneuver, says sorry, that he should have signed and then cannot say patni, she walks away he stops her again, he starts to throw everything around her ankles, to stop her, ropes, shackles, chains and tells her the same dialog which Riddhima told Sid "ke mujhay farq padha hai." Then he tells her that he still and will always love her." She turns arounds and Armaan again becomes hopeful that she is going to acknowledge and fall in his arms, or strip tease.. whatever!!!. I think now they are degrading Armaan seriously, as a human being, as a doctor, as blue pill popping Casanova, the CVs should know where to stop and keep some rationale of the acts they show in the name of drama. This show for its screenplay, continuity, story and characterization should win the worst TV show of the year award.
If the same team where writing the trapeze act for the Russian or Chinese acrobats, every 3rd sec of the act, there would be a slip and a splat on the ground.

He is trying and trying and trying and trying.. Jhanjhorta hai.. why did you sign the papers, hoping that she says because of you, but she says she got fed up.
Dr Shahshank also suggests something to Armaan that he cries like a class 8th student.
