I think they showed manav sick since sushant has been sick for so long nd he must hav been looking too tired.

OMG .. ... well actually it was obvious manav was going to be lying down for the next couple of episodes because he was ill in  real life !

 

I had been reading about his illness but it is so horrible to see Sushant actually in bed looking so sick...😔
