Agree with you completely! Also if I may add, that in romantic scenes an actor needs to be spontaneous, he/she has has to do them differently as otherwise they are very typical .. but loved your analysis! I think that Mohit has a slight diction problem and that he doesn't fully engross himself in samrat's character sometimes, therefore as you said that he isn't as good in tragic scenes, because he can't feel sammy's pain at that moment as he isn't fully in character .. But I think it is all down to the time pressure and experience! He will get even better as time goes on!
when he smiles he makes everyone laugh and when he is sad he makes every1 cry..
i think has all the qualities an actor should have..... amzing yaar.. just mondblowong he iss toooo good..
yes that's the only important ability a actor should have.... no other qualities is much more important , (say height , or physic)than the quality of making everyone feel what you feel.... and Mohit excels in that ... and that makes him unique..๐ณ๐๐
Completely agree with this! I mentioned it before, its just the lack of experience .. and a movie is easier to perform in as you have very particular roles, however in serials like MJHT, a character goes through many changes, and adapting to that is very difficult .. overall in the future I think that Mohit Sehgal will truly be an all rounder and one of the best actors on TV .. and later maybe in bollywood .. I think he will be better in films as all yur talent has to come out for that one film, and because there is a set time, you have time and thought to prepare for it!
@ blue:Absolutely right..... let's take Aur paas scene as an example....... the same scene were portrayed by SRK and Madhuri, best actors of BW,........... the challenge was how to react the scene and give audiance different feeling..........Sanaya and specially Mohit succeeded to give us Sajan's emotions through their spontaneous, I really loved that scene and it is in my fav list.@ red:True.......but please add to lack of experience the long time span of dramas like MJHT.......A movie is like a 2 hour exam that it's easier for you to focus and keep your high level performance....However, MJHT is like an academic year which very difficult to keep your performance in the same level for whole year.....specially when your role is completely opposite of your real charachter as the case for Mohit and Sanaya.......Also add scenarist and director effects........if the way a scene is written and directed was not effecient, even an experienced actor would fail to engross himself in that particular scene.....and I think Gunjan's shot track is a good example where some scenes of Mohit, Rati and others were not up to our expectations due to poor writting and direction.....Discussing with is interesting๐
