Poem on Prithvi and Damini's first meeting

 Hi everyone

First of all apologies for not being active. I was ill for a while and took some time to recover .....had to take time off work ...... so still working on getting on top of things  ...... had some free time today after a long long time and decided to fulfill my dear friend Maz's request - a poem on PriDa's first meeting.

Apologies if it is not up to the usual standards ...... too much work makes Jhan a dull girl

Also if you do not like the poem remember size US 7 shoes only 🤣 .... no heels only flats .....🤣...... also sandals preferred no chappals 🤣

Tomatoes maarne ho tho whole foods se acche acche laal laal organically grown tomatoes hi maarna 😉 🤣 🤣

Without much further Ado here is the poem

Prithvi and Damini had never met

This was one meeting they would never forget 😛

He came there looking to be hired as a stable manager

Thinking he came to be her bodyguard stirred Damini's anger.😡

 

He was taken aback by her beauty when she smiled

His demeanor and quiet confidence left Damini riled

Her arrogance and standoffishness on Prithvi had no effect

Oh even when they were not a couple PriDa were just perfect.😍

 

They checked each other out from head to toe 😉

Knowing fully well the other would know

Prithvi gave Damini the once over 😉

Damini in turn returned the favor 😉

 

A few feet apart, facing away like adversaries they stood

Casting coyly disinterested looks on each other instead

Projecting all the animosity at each other they could

Damini plotting to get rid of Prithvi for good 🤣

 

They struck sparks off each other 😍

The air around them sizzled with electricity 😍

Then cupid showed up in the forum of Toofi darling

Prithvi swung Damini out of the way, rescuing her in an act of daring 😍

 

Onto the haystack they tumbled together 😍

and proceeded to throw smoldering looks at each other 😍

with such intensity did their eyes burn ☺️

It is a miracle that the haystack did not catch one fire.🤣 🤣

 

She recovered first and removed his hand from her waist

Looks like Damini and Prithvi had gotten their first taste 😉

Of their intense attraction towards each other 😉

They could deny it all they wanted but it was there 😉

 

Then they had a little heated argument 😉

Damini's plan had gone awry and she showed her discontent

Prithvi  displayed more heroics and corralled the runaway horse 😎

Damini was not impressed with his prowess, of course 😛

But Ila Gujral had seen this and hired him on the spot

To keep watch on her daughter round the clock.

 

They had miles to go before they fell in love

But all love stories must start somewhere

Thus started this beautiful PriDa love story 😳

the rest as they say is history.😳

It's sooo good to see you back Jhan!!! 🤗 🤗 Me doing a dance for your return!!! Loved your poem as always!! The rhyming was perfect and liked the ending the best!! Sowiee no shoes for you, although have bought some flats lately they are size 8 so not suitable for ya 😛 😉!!! Hope you catch up with all your work super quick and return with more amazing posts!!! 😃

awww jhan amazing lines👍🏼 for the most superb people Prithvi n Damini..i loved loved their first face off..unbelievable energy...it was all things fab...they way he sees her ride the horse..and she too checks him out..ahhh..attitude me loved it all!...that was the day the  madness began and still lasts..never knew how i got sucked into their world...now can't and don't want to get out of it.

Superb verses for a superb Jodi.....and thanks for writing these verses on the first meeting scene......one of the best Prida scene....

Thus started the b'ful Prida love story.....Oh yes look at where that has brought us.....

Wacthing Prida scenes and drooling has become a part of my daily routine......

There was humour, as was there was a hint of romance, and everything you'd need to term it as 'perfect'! 😉 

Really, PriDa's first meeting couldn't have been better expressed through words... So, hats off! 👏

Loved certain lines of yours, like the one which said, "It is a miracle that the haystack did not catch fire"! 🤣  This was simply hilarious! 😆

The ending too, was fitting... 😃 "Thus started this beautiful PriDa lovestory, the rest as they say is history." - Only one word for this - CLASSIC! Loved it to the core! 😍

Overall, a brilliant effort! 🤗 Looking forward to many such poems from you in the future. 😃
