I dunno...maybe it has something to do with the fact that Datta's character was supposed to be played by an ugly actor. now if datta would have been girls running away from him might have been logical. but with mishal as datta its weird!

^^ Maybe they're trying to show how people go by first impressions - given as how Nakku's "first impression" is that of an "ugly" person and Dutta's is of a amoral don. But only once you get to know them better do you realize that's not all there is to them.

I think Seema took cheap shots at Dutta's face because he "looked" poor. I don't know if I make any sense here - but when you come into money, it shows in the way you dress. So I think that's what she meant - that you don't LOOK worthy of me. Not specifically his face even though she said go look at your face in the mirror (I think that was just a figure of speech). 🤔
