Bollywood's most beautiful gal is bedridden and looking forward to the Xmas break.

Katrina Kaif, who underwent a minor surgery at Breach Candy hospital in south Mumbai on Wednesday, is doing fine, taking complete rest at home, and eager to reunite with her family on Christmas which is just a week away.

This was disclosed by her spokesperson who issued a statement for media, stating: "Katrina has just been discharged from Breach Candy hospital and she's completely fine. Because of the low hemoglobin levels in her system, she had to undergo a small surgical procedure. It's done with now and she's resting at home after which she will take off for her annual Christmas break."

Xmas break is an annual ritual for Katrina who reunites with her big family (seven siblings and a mom) during this time of the year. Kat had even turned down a lucrative offer to perform at a hotel on New Year's eve solely because she wants to ring in 2010 with her family.

Meanwhile, mystery remains as to what kind of surgery Katrina went through at the hospital.

Reports say she got operated for endometriosis, a condition in which small cysts form on the outside of ovaries. However, there hasn't been a confirmation of this by either Kat's spokesperson or doctors in the hospital.

Katrina Kaif Is Google Favourite For 2009!

The Internet search giant announced the new survey 'The Google Zeitgiest (Spirit of the Times 2009)-based on Google India 's search queries which determined what Indians were searching for throughout the year. The list gives us insight to the events, people and trends that dominated the year.

Interestingly enough Katrina Kaif topped the "Most Popular Celebrities" list and was featured second on the "Most Popular Mobile Queries in India".

Reveals a source "Katrina Kaif still tops the list for the second straight year. She even beat Micheal Jackson who featured second in the search engine for popular celebrities. Now that is something" "Katrina Kaif has never failed to interest people. She is the only person to feature in the list twice in the top 3 slots. Be it her endorsements, her films, her trends, everything Katrina seems to touch turns into gold" adds the source.

Recently the gorgeous Katrina Kaif was voted the "Sexiest Actress " by London Eastern Eye and featured second on the "Top Online Newsmaker of 2009"list by Yahoo !

Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan are they still together?

Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan are still together, well it seems so! Katrina was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital after she complained of abdominal pains. She was diagnosed with appendix and had to undergo surgery as well.

Katrina looks like is not keeping well for quite some time now. She was down with jaundice and her haemoglobin count has also gone down. It gives us the impression that Katrina has been really busy and it has taken a toll on her health. But her beau Salman Khan was by her side all through this. He was there with his family which makes the speculation evident that they are still together!

Not only this, Salman was also seen clicking pictures with the hospital staff, reluctantly. Irrespective of Katrina not keeping well, lately she has performed for a show in Dubai and has also attended a wedding of who happens to be Salman's family friend.

So if all this goes well hope to hear some good news from the Khan-Kaif household as Salman has already made his marriage plans public. Hope that happens soon or Ranbir Kapoor is already in the line. It yet to be discovered by us, so stay tuned.
