madhu gets up from the mirror then alternates from kangana to madhu and leaves the room. shree comes outside the room. madhu hides the mangalsutra. shree says she feels bad for whatever happened to her. madhu says she didnt think this would happen, but shree is right, her astha and shraddha didnt decrease, she wont let her astha decrease, she will go tell everyone to trust bhagban and to trust shree. madhu thinks (sorry i didnt get this part) that she has to wear the mangalsutra. shree leaves. madhu turns into kangana and says she cant wear this pure mangalsutra, she has to wear a fake one so that no one suspects her.
anant comes to his room drunk. madhu is wearing an off the shoulder nightgown with her hair down and says she was waiting for him, does he want to drink anything. anant says what is happening to her. madhu says she feels like shes flying. anant says does that mean shes with him. madhu says yes and pours a drink for anant and says to drink it and forget everything, she will fix everything. anant drinks. madhu says hes right, they have to sell mata rani's jewelery, there will be new light in their lives. anant says hari and shree wont let them break it. madhu says to leave it to her, she knows what to do. madhu turns into kangana while facing away from anant.

hari sits on a chair with his eyes closed. naveli comes and asks why hes sitting in the dark. hari says humans should sometimes spend time alone, she will want to do so too one day. naveli says yes, she will sit here, darkness isnt good, without light she wouldnt know hes sad, he wont tell his problems with her because shes young, shree taught her no matter how dark it is, a little light is enough, and his light is with him. hari smiles and leaves with naveli.
