Why isnt KRK in jail?!!?

The rules say it clearly that if someone isnt doing the tasks and stuff, that person is going to be in jail.

Kamal was put in Jail along with Bhatkiyaar... KRK already jail ki sher karke aaye hai.... of course he cannot be put in jail for all the days can he??
