Sethi family at Rajiv Bhalla's party.
Rajiv comes to Simi and says sorry for what happened, asks her not to take anything seriously.
Simi gets angry, she says that she can never forget what happened or what he did to her..coz she has taken everything to her heart and mind, and which can never be forgotten.
Rajiv Bhalla says sorry once again, and tells her that he brought a gift for her.
Simi asks him whether he is giving the gift so that she shuts her mouth.
And Simi warns him…says he should be thankful to God that she dint go to police with complaint against him.
Rajiv gets a shock…
He turns back and bumps into a waiter…As it is he is in a terrible mood, this makes him even madder…so he starts screaming at the waiter.
Rajender sethi comes there and asks him not to treat the waiter in such a way…and asks him to forgive him as its not exactly his fault.
Rajiv is helpless…he hugs the waiter and says sorry…but in his mind he has a scheme against Sethis to insult them in the party.

Anita is at home, talking to one of her cousins from abroad. She tells her cousin that she is at Anuj's house, and his parents are taking good care of her. She tells her cousin that she really likes Anuj's parents.
Mili in her room studying… Nitu comes to her n says it doesn't look good if they both sit in their room leaving Anita alone in the hall. She says they both should go to her and give company.
Mili grudgingly agrees..

At the party…
One of the ladies asks Manju why they haven't brought her sisters daughter along to the family. (She means Anita). Manju doesn't know what to say and hesitates..
Simi manages the situation well, by saying her cousin didn't want to come to the party as she hardly knows anybody there.
Anuj is getting restless in the party… He goes to his mother and asks her how can everybody be so happy as if there is nothing wrong… and says nobody bothers about his problem.
Manju says they have to hide their feelings and act normal in front of their guests…
Anuj's Chachi comes there with a prospective bride's photograph. She shows it to Anuj and tells him that she got a good rishta for him.
Anuj gets irritated… tells her not to bother him… Says she meddles with others' kids coz she doesn't have her own kids.
Chachi is hurt by his words…
Manju tries to calm her …
One of the main guests congratulates Rajinder in mike, and invites him to say a few words. He hands over the mike to him.
Rajiv 's mom gets angry with this… says, why Rajinder is given so much importance
Rajiv asks her to be patient…He says he had made arrangements to insult Sethis in that party, asks her mom to wait and watch.
Simi is eagerly waiting to hear father speak… Rajiv's mom sees this, and she goes to Simi and asks her to get some drink n food for her.
Simi tells her that she doesn't want to miss her father's speech. Requests her to give her some time.
Rajiv's mom is furious!!

Abhi is at home…He keeps recollecting about that days incidents.. Thinking about Simi's condition. He wonders about what must be her problems… and whether he can help her in anyway.

At the party..
Rajiv goes to one Mr Khanna…and asks him why he is wasting time, without implementing his plans.
Mr Khanna promises Rajiv that he will attend to it immediately… and asks him to wait and watch how he is going to insult Rajinder Sethi in front of all the guests.
Rajinder along with Manju are having dinner…Khanna comes to him and greets.
Rajinder greets him back…and invites him to sit at his table.
Khanna generally talks to him about marriage…but after some time he brings the topic of Anita. Asks Rajinder whther it is true that Anuj's would be, left her parents place and came to Sethis house.
Manju tries to cover it up…says its her niece who came to their place, but not Anita.
Khanna doesn't want to accept that…says , he has heard the truth…and starts talking about their family's ijjat if the truth comes out… He starts threatening Rajinder..
Rajinder gets furious….he throws his dinner plate…He asks Khanna what rubbish he is talking about.
Khanna n Sethi start a heated argument….
Rajiv is watching all this as fun…Simi notices this. She guesses that there is rajiv's hand in this.
She rushes to be at her father's side…to control the situation.
Rajiv stops her and asks if she needs his help to make things normal… He tells her that he is ready to help her.
Simi doesn't reply…she just pushes him away….and goes to her father.
Anuj goes to Rajiv n requests him to help the situation.. He says he doesn't like it if Anita's name is dragged into this.
Rajiv acts as if he is really concerned…assures Anuj.
Goes to Khanna and starts shouting at him defending Mr Sethi. He makes him say sorry to Simi's father.
Everything comes to normal…
Simi meets Rajiv when he is alone…. Tells him that she knows very well that what Rajiv is up to. She says knows that he is behind Khanna's confrontation with her dad.
Simi warns Rajiv… that if he does the similar thing again at any point of time, or tries to hurt her family in anyway, she wont keep quiet.. She says she will directly go to police and lodge a case against him for attempting rape.
Rajiv is shocked…
