@:saher_90 - Thanks.. We are currently, looking into the matter..but do you have any suggestions 2 resolve the problem?

In past, I have had issues with the moderation of this forum, but from what I have deduced from the 'New Changes in MJHT forum' post, I guess, you guys have come up with most of the solutions to moderate in a better way.

All I would like to say is that, before giving out warning, please do look into matters more deeply. If there are two sides, hear out both of them and that also in details. Sometimes things may be ambiguous, it would be appreciated if the moderators talk with the members about a certain post before interpreting meanings and taking actions.

I have always liked Gagan di's approach to solving matters. She has been in contact with members and has discussed the issue instead of giving out a judgment. It would be great if such methods are used.
