Why does Rads always wear red?

Rads wore red when she married Dev. She again wore red on Vat Savitri Day. I'm probably missing a couple of other occasions she wore red in between.

She again wore red on Janamastmi, and then again during first sagai. Then she wore a better red saree on second sagai day. Today she's also wearing red. Probably she will wear yet another red saree for the second wedding. She looks beautiful in anything, but is anyone else getting bored with the colour red on her? Can we for a change she her in some other colours? What she wore in the Holi dream dance sequence and Janamastmi dream dance sequence was so gorgeous. I think she would really look stunning in peacock green. Hopefully she wears some nice colorful sarees at PB after the wedding! Dev should take her shopping...just the two of them. 😍

My mistake...I think she wore peach or pink today? Anyway, I'm just saying Avi and Rubi are the leads, they should get good outfits to wear.

yeah I noticed that too...why always Red?? I mean she looks nice in it but how about other colors too? Radhika needs to add more colors to her wardrobe and Dev needs to tone down a bit with all those colorful Kurtas LOL...

in Hindu wedding....red is a very common color. It means that u r getting married and having the sindoor. u will see that the widows never wear red. But Rads can wear deep pink, burgandy etc too.

But this is not the wedding - I agree that in the wedding you should wear red... For all the functions she only wears red.. there are so many other festive colors...

Look at DEV he wears all the colors that RADS should be wearing, orange, blue, pink 😆 😆 😆

In Hindu customs we always wear Red or Red color family in any custom related to marriage. Wear red on Karvachauth, marriage, engagement, vrats etc.
Similarly some of the colors are not auspicious like white and black, so no one wears it in any auspicious occassions because they are the symbol of grief in Hindu religion.

Ya but now a days that has changed. I have seen people wearing other then red in the wedding (specially bride). i wore cremish white and pink border saree in my wedding. Also I have seen people wearing black , white in wedding too (not the immediate family of bride and groom). So now a days anyone can wear any colors in any occassion. Yes in death related ceremonies people do not wear bright colors.Now a days ride wear choli/ chaniya choli of different colors in her wedding.

I know about the significance of red in Hindu marriages (I am Hindu afterall : ) but where in Hinduism does it say that a woman has to wear red for all rituals related to marriage? Also, doesn't it vary according to what part of India one is from? Like in Gujarati weddings the bride wears a white and red saree, right? Maharastrian wedding green is common? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway, I'm just saying that I would like to see our Rads wear some pretty outfits in bright colors other than red. Enough of those drab cotton suits, LOL.

Yes red is shubh color and and she hardly wore any red dress except when she went to see Vish... and Red being more like suhagun's color.. and as they are leading her to that role may be...

BTW I like red on radh.. it seems suit her well..

It brings out her fairness and flowless skin very beautifully...
