The episode begins with Khemi suddenly closing the bag and Hiten getting hurt. At the same time, Santo and Shambhu come to her room .. she is taken aback and tears a part of her pallu and wraps it around his wound and angrily asks him what he was thinking .. keeping his hand between like that.. Hiten asks her the same Q and asks her what she's doing and why she's packing her bags.. Khemi tells her that she is very hurt today and all the things that Moti-ben said .. none of them were true.. Hiten tells her that he knows it is not true because he has complete faith on her.. he tells her that he will take care of foi and repeats that she is pure and no one has the right to accuse her of such dirty things. Hiten tells her that her wedding is now his responsibility and also Nanaji's responsibility after he left lies with him .. Khemi is sobbing and leans on his shoulder to cry .. he consoles her.. Santo and Shambhu just look on ..

Meghna and Kaduu are talking when a courier for Kaduu comes and the delivery person says it's from some 'saab' .. Meghna and Kaduu assume it's Shanky and the note says "For my sweetheart, from your sweetheart"
Meghna tells Kaduu that even Rasik used to gift her flowers.. Shanky comes after
some time and Meghna tells him that his idea of a 'gift' is good and just walks away with a smile .. Shanky is confused as he knows nothing about the bouquet of flowers sent to Kaduu .. Kaduu just shows him the note and shies and goes away.. Shanky now assumes that Kaduu has got the flowers and the note for him..he smiles to himself ..
Outside,
An unknown man pays the courier guy for delivering the flowers without
giving out his identity.

Shambhu knocks on Khemi's door .. she comes out .. Shambhu tells her that he's leaving the house. She tells him that she's just a guest here and he should not
leave his long years of association with the family just like that.. Shambhu tells her that the insult this time is too much to take as he could not save her esteem and neither could salvage his own self-respect ... Khemi tries stopping him but in vain .. Hiten tries stopping him but Shambhu asks him to put himself in his shoes and thinks .. Hiten steps aside.. Shambhu leaves..
Khemi asks him why he did not stop Shambhu. Hiten tells her that if he were in Shambhu's place, he'd have eloped with her .. she is shocked.. he walks away..

Shambhu is walking out the door when Santo comes out of the store-room and stops him ..he does not listen .. she orders him as malkin of the house but he tells her that he can no longer stay if he wants to think about him and Khemi
because today he has proved unworthy of it ... he leaves .. Santo runs inside and asks Moti to stop Shambhu but she tells her that it'll not happen.. Santo reminds her that no matter who Khemi marries, if not Shambhu, her other groom will be of a lower caste too .. she cannot stay unmarried just because moti does not want DM's sadu bhai to be of a high caste.. Santo tells her that there will not be another Mahiyavanshi again who'll marry her ... Moti gets angry and leaves..
Hiten is watching all this ... Santo asks him to stop shambhu ..

Hiten goes after Shambhu but Shambhu meets with an accident and is seriously injured .. Hiten rushes him to a hospital and informs Bapuji .. Bapuji tells everyone and everyone is shocked..
