Bharti celebrates her success over Gyaan. Payal warns her not to get to happy and let her ego get the better of her. Bharti teases her, asking where her off button is. Payal gets annoyed and tells Bharti to dig her own ditch and fall in – she doesn't care. She adds that she wishes she had changed in top a man the day Bharti changed in to a woman; at least then the matter would have progressed. She realises her mistake as Bharti questions her what matter she is talking about and tells Payal to count her lucky stars that she is still a woman.
Payal replies that she misses spending hours talking with Bhaskar as for her Bharti is not Bhaskar. She looks sad and Bharti breaks the moment by telling Paual that she's hungry. Both laugh and have funa t the dinner table.
Bharti's cabin…
Narayan is cleaning Bharti's room. He notices a pen [?] on the desk and pockets it. Bharti comes in and relaxes on her chair, happy to be back in her cabin. She notices a bouquet and looks at the note attached – from Armaan asking to meet for coffee.
She's surprised and stumbles, falling on the floor. Amarjeet chooses that moment to come in and asks her what she's doing on the floor. Bharti covers up by saying that this is her new thinking pose. Amarjeet joins her on the floor and tells her that she is exactly like Bhaskar and is always thinking up new ideas. He informs her that he will be calling a meeting in half an hour – Bharti informs him that Gyaan has still not apologised and until he doesn't say sorry, then she's sorry.
Out in the office, Gyaan pulls Vinita to one side and asks her whether Bharti doesn't seem weird to him? She talks like a man and doesn't walk like a woman. Vinita tells him that many girls do that. Gyaan points out that she always enters the men's bathroom but on Vinita's prompting he can't explain his thought process. Vinita tells him to apologise so that they can end this chapter…and then start a new one.
At the same time, one of the guys is talking to Heerabhai about a girl he likes. Bharti comes up behind and tells him to speed up; if Bhaskar was here then the girl would already be out of the computer and in his lap.
Meanwhile, Gyaan begs Amarjeet not to make him apologise to Bharti. He tells Amarjeet that as men they have to control these women otherwise they will dance on their heads. Amarjeet agrees and says that after today no man will apologise to a woman in this office. Gyaan is happy but Amarjeet points out that he said after today and tells him to apologise.
Sonali is talking to Armaan who asks her if she's seen Bharti. Bharti sees him and hides, Amarjeet notices her and she smiles saying that it's a new pose for a new idea.
Armaan continues looking for her and she continues to hide before bumping in to Raichudia [Euw!!]. He does his icky trying to get close to her thing and Bharti tells him to leave her hand. He asks what she will do if he doesn't and Bharti threatens to flush his wig down the toilet. Raichudia lets go and Bharti storms to the bathroom where she talks to the mirror and curses herself [as Bhaskar]. Vinita overhears and says that something must be up.
She heads to Gyaan and tells him that Bharti was cursing Bhaskar in the ladies bathroom. And wonders why she would curse the same Bhaskar who put her in such a high position. They both consider this.
Later, Narayan is inspecting the pen he took from Bharti's cabin. Gyaan notices and takes the pen, recognising it as the one that he had given Bhaskar. Narayan begs him not to tell Amarjeet and informs him that it came from Bharti's cabin. Gyaan tells him that if he doesn't want anyone to know about him stealing then he has to do one thing for him.
Meeting…
Raichudia again tries to get close to Bharti. Armaan enters [Sunny moves away from him lolls] and Bharti becomes tongue-tied but manages to explain her idea based on men's grooming. Gyaan points out that this isn't a unique idea and Armaan tells her that he had mentioned all the ideas in his memo [referring to the coffee note]. Bharti becomes even more nervous and Amarjeet asks about the memo.
Meanwhile Narayan uses the opportunity to sneak in to Bharti's cabin and search through her stuff. He's shocked to see that her purse is filled with Bhaskar's stuff.

Gyaan fills Amarjeet's ears about Bhaskar being missing. Amarjeet becomes worried and Gyaan says that they should contact the police to question Bharti and find out the truth. Bharti overhears this.
