Today's episode starts off with Taru asking why Santo's family is there? Santo tells her that Malik and Baa asked her to get them there. Taru tries to object, but Baa and Bapuji tell her that its DM's order so, she cant say anything. Taru cannot object now. Taru and Monghi have a small wordy argument about Bhoori and new Manjari who has been brought with them as well. Monghi confuses Taru, who finally has no choice but to let the cows stay with them. Shambhu takes their things inside, and Khemi follows him. Everyone else leave and Taru and Santo are the only ones left. Taru warns Santo saying that she might have succeded in getting her sisters into the house, but soon she will be out of the house. She asks her to beware and leaves. Champakali comes and tries to be supportive, santo says that she will bear Taru's harsh words for her sisters..
Shambhu and Khemi go to the guest room, Shambhu drops her things off. He tells her not to feel awkward in asking her anything and that he's very happy that she's staying here. Khemi is silent. Shambhu leaves. Khemi spies a photo of the Mahiyavanshi clan, i.e, DM and kids. She goes upto it, and starts talking to it(Hiten). She has realised that she loves him and that she started behaving badly to sow seeds of hatred. She says its too late for anything to be done now. She says that she will continue this, so that things stay uncomplicated. She tearfully caresses Hiten's face in the photo.
At Baroda, Shashank comes home and sees Kaddu sleeping on the table, waiting for him. He goes to her and touches her head, and she wakes up. He asks her why she she dint go to Dharampur? She tells that she dint feel like going without him. Shashank smiles and asks her why she hasn't eaten. She tells him that she was waiting for him. He tells her not to make a habit of it as his timings are very odd. She asks him to make sure that she doesn't end up waiting. Just then, she gets a call on her cell from a private number. She picks up, no one answers. They conclude that its due to network problems and leave it be. As they're sitting down to have dinner, she gets another call. Shashank picks it up this time, still no answer. He puts the phone on silent and they eat. shashank feed her, and she him. Both of them are definitely growing closer. The phone on the table, is glowing, indicating that someone is still calling.
Back at Dharampur, Khemi is sitting on the swing oiling her hair. Santo comes there and offers to do it for her. Khemi asks her if everyone are treating her properly. Santo says everyone other than benbaa. But she's sure that even she'll come around. Khemi asks her, what about Malik. Santo face drops and says not yet. She tells her that it will be difficult for him. He has kids older than her and that he loved badi malkin a lot and that it will take time. They move on to shambhu and Santo says that she's lucky, coz shambhu is a very nice man. Any person associated with Malik is a nice man. Khemi agrees, but its obvious she's thinking about Hiten. She tears up and Santo asks her what the matter is? Khemi makes excuses saying that she's crying because after such a long time they've spoken for so long. Santo accepts that. They hug each other. Santo thinks that she knows that something is wrong with her sister and she looks worried.
