The episode begins with DM with Kaduu .. asking her to come down because Meghna is here with the mehndi. He beckons her to come down but Kaduu is standing still,
very upset about something. DM is concerned and asks her what's wrong. Kaduu contemplates whether to tell DM everything or not and then lies to DM that she is missing her mother .. DM gets sentimental and tells her ofcourse she'll miss her mother, as it is her wedding.. He tells her that wherever her mother is, she will always bless her and tells her not to worry about anything and then takes her down with him.
DM and Kaduu are welcomed by Rasik and Meghna who are waiting for her. Meghna puts the mehndi on Kaduu and is surprised to see a S already there on Kaduu's hand and tells her that she's happy she put the S for duggu on her hand .. and then puts the mehndi on her hand. She then calls Santo to put the mehndi as the mother is required to do so. Kaduu is angry .. Santo goes and sits down beside her and then takes her hand in hers and is about to put mehndi on her hand when Hiten,Mongi and Khemi enter the house. Everyone is happy to see them. Kaduu goes towards Hiten .. Hiten takes the blessings of Baa and Bapuji.. DM is smiling at him .. Hiten looks at Subhadra's portrait and then at DM, DM looks on proudly .. Birwa goes to greet Mongi and takes her along with her to play. Santo goes to Khemi and tells her that she's very happy that she has come and asks her who her groom is.. Khemi's about to answer when Champakali calls Santo and she leaves ..
Moti-ben (MB) challenges Meghna to a folk song competition (forgot it's real name) and the both of them are singing folk songs against each
other and trying to win. Kaduu is sitting all by herself, tears flowing down her eyes as the festivities proceed. Kaduu is frustrated and leaves. Everyone is worried.
Santo asks them to carry on and tells them that she will ask what's wrong .. Kaduu is out in the courtyard. Santo goes and asks her what's wrong and tells her to go inside
and that everyone's waiting for her. Kaduu tells her that she has no idea how bad her life is at the moment .. she tells her that she had seen so many dreams with Sandeep.. about life with the person she loves.. and now she is in this mess, with the mehndi on and her name linked to someone else, and not Sandeep.. she tells Santo that she will never know what such dreams are like. Santo says that she does not know these dreams, but she knows that when a mother sees her daughter crying, she will bear it .. to save the daughter from crying all her life. She tells her that it's better to cry for sometime than to marry Sandeep and cry for the rest of her life and make her family
cry as well .. she tells her that she will not let her marry Sandeep .. Kaduu tells her that she has brought about only sadness in her life .. she is just physically present here and mentally she is with Sandeep .. her mind lies with Sandeep .. she is like a dead person walking .. with no sensibilities left. She says that her life is telling her to move on but she cannot leave Sandeep because she loves him .. Santo continues to try convincing her but she leaves ..

When they are inside,
Santo asks Khemi about her groom again .. Hiten who's passing by, stops. Khemi looks at Shambhu .. he's serving the guests and stops at Santo's question. MB comes up to him and tells him to go to the other side and taunts him harshly that he does not do his work properly. Hiten is angered and goes and asks MB why she's treating Shambhu like this. MB is stunned.. Hiten tells her that Shambhu has been with us since the last 10 years .. and he has always considered Kaduu his sister.. and not his malkin .. he has served us with his heart.. he has not only satiated our hunger by his cooking .. but our souls .. Hiten tells Shambhu to leave the serving and go sit with the family members.. MB is angry and asks Hiten if he knows who he's talking to .. at that time, DM comes there and asks MB to forget everything and tells her that Shambhu is like their family member now and she should treat him properly .. Shambhu defends MB and tells DM that he considers Kaduu has his sister .. and a brother cannot relax in his sister's wedding .. and that he serves this family with his heart and has never considered himself as an outsider.. Khemi is happy to hear it .. DM beckons him and waves some money around Kaduu's head and gives it to him as shagun .. he does the same around Khemi's head because her marriage is now fixed and gives that money to Shambhu as well .. Shambhu is happy .. MB glares angrily at Hiten and leaves ..

Shambhu gingerly goes to the kitchen and keeps the money under a utensil. Santo comes to him and tells him that MB is a good person at heart and that he should not mind whatever she said. Shambhu agrees. Khemi coems and drags Santo outside and tells her that her prospective groom is Shambhu .. Santo is shocked... just then,they hear a sound of slap .. MB is slapping Shambhu for humiliating her in front of anyone and looking on silently when people were talking against her .. she slaps him again and again .. and Khemi and Santo are shocked and sad at the bad treatment ..

After the function is over,
evreyone is asleep .. Kaduu is talking on the phone to Sandeep .. and telling him that she'll leave for the airport right away ..
Kaduu is sneaking past the courtyard.. Santo, who's cleaning utensils plans to stop her and in order to alert everyone, drops a utensil down the stairs.. evreyone wakes up and finds Kaduu there .. Kaduu tells them that she came here after listening to the sound .. DM asks Santo to be careful and evreyone goes inside, including Kaduu ..
