Episode starts with Taru telling DM that Santo dared to try and be Kadambari's mother. Kadambari comes running down and stands next to him. Motiben tells him that Meghna, Subhadra Rasik and him were friends, they were so close and Subhadra had no problem with Meghna being such a close friend of yours. Now, when Kadambari's friend came to see her, Santo is wrongly tarnishing Kadambari's name. Kadambari also jumps in. She says that her friend sandeep had come, they were sitting in her room, when Santo comes in and.. Santo interrupts and tells that its a lie, that.. But she doesn't get the chance to finish. DM stops her. Tells her that he hasn't asked her anything. So why is she speaking? He tells her that in their house, girls are given a lot of love and freedom. And kadambari has Subhadra's khoon and her parvarish.. So there is no way she can do anything wrong. DM tells her that he'll tell her a story. When they were young, he once got chocolates home. Hiten and Maulik started eating the chocolates immediately while Kadambari stood at a corner, watching them. When he went and asked her if she doesn't want chocolates, Kadambari told him that she wont be able to eat something that she snatched out of her brothers' hands. DM tells Santo that this is how his Kadambari is. So there is just no way Kadambari will do anything to embarass them.. He also tells her that while meghna was there in the house, she has done enough and said enough. But tells her, that if anyone tries to tarnish Kadambari's name, they dont have a place in this house and walks off.. Taru runs behind him saying that this is why she keeps telling him to throw her out of the house. Kadambari also walks off. Santo falls down on the floor and breaks down, crying.. Bapuji is looking at her sympathetically..
The phone rings, Santo wipes her tears and picks up the call. Its Shashank.. He tells her that he's duggu and asks her who she is??
Santo stutters, she's about to say Kadambari's mother, then changes her mind, says malik ki...
Shashank understands and says, Mrs. Mahiyavanshi??
Santo asks what's that? Shashank says, that Dharamraj uncle ki patni? Santo says yes.. And asks him how he is? Shashank says, that he's fine. He tells her that he knows how important a person's past is to them. He cares about Kadambari's past as well as future. He tells her that he knows how difficult it is for one to get over their past, as he is still finding it difficult to do that. Santo doesn't know what to say. He asks her, is Kadambari is there? Santo tells him that she's in her room. Shashank tells her that he'll call her on her cell.
Santo goes out of the house, in tears.. She's near the staircase. Bapuji also comes out and feels sad seeing Santo crying. Kadambari also walks out, dressed for dance class. Bapuji asks her where she's going? Kadambari tells him that she's going to dance class and can drop him off wherever he wants to go. Bapuji tells her that he doesn't want to go anywhere. In a strict tone he tells her that in future, if her friends come home, she will not take them up to her room, and that she will meet them downstairs itself. Kadambari tries to protest, saying that when Dad himself doesn't have a problem.. Bapuji cuts her off, saying that Dad might have agreed, but i'm your Dad's Dad you better listen to what I say.. Kadambari nods yes, and gives Santo a dirty look and walks off.. As she's going out, Monghi comes running in, yelling Santo behna... She runs up to Santo and tells her that she's been trying to call her for a long time, but it was busy all this while, so she herself came running to meet her. Santo asks her, what happened? Monghi tells her that Nanaji's health is in a very bad state.. He started vomitting and whatever medicines the vaidji gave, he threw that up as well.. She asks her to come. Santo starts going out, but she halts and looks back, at bapuji.. Bapuji tells her to go, when people over here treat her like this, she might as well go where people need her.. Santo and Monghi leave..
Back at nanaji's house, half the village is gathered there. Khemi says that nanaji is too sick to work. But nanaji tries to protest and says that he has to finish the work. Santo comes running then, and asks nanaji how he's feeling now? Khemi tells Santo to try and make nanaji understand.. Parshu kaka tells that the work has to be complete.. Khemi asks them if there is no one who can do the work?? Birju kaka(dont know his name in the show..) says that these are big diamonds and that only Nanaji can cut them.. No one is willing to take up the job because it is a sample piece as well.. hiten speaks up, and says that he will do it. Immediately parshu kaka says that its oo big a responsibility and he's just started learning.. santo speaks up and says that when a person is determined he can do it.. Nanaji says that yes he will teach him, but what takes 3 hours for him to finish will take him 6 hours. Hiten says that he doesn't mind, he still will do it.. Khemi speaks up now, says that what work parshu kaka and the rest cant do, you think you can? Hiten says yes, he can.. and for dharampur he will..His mother used to say that Dharampur is like a mother to everyone.. one mother is the one who gives birth to you, the other one is the soil you will breathe your last on.. His mother is no more, but for this Dharampur, for his second motehr he definitely will do it..

At the factory, Maulik comes late and dirties the floor that has just been mopped by a worker.. The worker tells him that he just cleaned the floor. Maulik says so what? He'll come and go a hundered times, he'll dirty the floor, and it will be his duty to clean up after him, because of who he is.. Doesn't he know who he is? Just then DM comes out.. He yells, and asks who let him(maulik) in without uniform?? He asks the security guy to be called.. He tells the security guard that every employee is the same and that everyone should wear their uniform. They wont be let in without their uniforms. DM then tells Maulik, that this is Mahiyavanshi diamond works.. they consider the machines with which they work divine. So he should sweep and swab the area surrounding it.. Maulik, tries to protest and says pappa.. DM gets angry, he asks him to read the board that says mahiyavanshi Diamond works and tells him that in this place, there is no Father no Son.. only Malik and Worker.. He better understand that.. Just then the driver comes with Maulik's dabba.. DM gets furious and asks what that is? Maulik says taru sent it with him, DM tells the driver to distribute it. Tells maulik that everyone is the same here.. He tells pinakin to tell Maulik about all the rules and regulations, he also tells him that no one will call Maulik chota malik.. Adn they'll call him Maulik Bhai.. Dm walks off. Maulik looks sad...
Bacvk at the village, Hiten ensures Khemi that he will be able to finish the job.. nanaji is on the bed and is teaching hiten how to cut the diamond.. Hiten is slowly, but surely learning how to do it the right way. Khemi comes and gives him tea.. Hiten tells her that he doesn't want tea and wants only some peace.. Khemi walks off, Hiten continues his work.. Nanaji falls asleep soon.. And as hiten is working, even he nods off for a little while.. Hiten gets up with a start, and is shocked to see that the diamond as been on the machine all this while. He removes the clamp and the diamond falls out, in two pieces.. Hiten is shocked... Episode ends..
Preview : Nanaji and Khemi are at Dm's house.. DM is surprised coz the work got over so early.. He asks for the diamond.. Nanaji and khemi are very scared.. Fonaly nanaji stutters out that the diamond broke... DM is shocked...
