how do i use the one that r alrady here..........they don't flash if i copy and paste them. plz help me.😭

first save the picture in my pictures and then u can upload the avtaar from there , i hope it helps 😕

thanks misha, but still doesn't do the flashy stuff.

Here's what i'm doing, maybe i' doing it wrong and someone can help me.

1. Copy and paste the pic in paint.

2. Save in my pictures.

3. Upload it to MSN Massenger.

But it doesn't do the flashy things.

Help me plz.😭
