Episode starts with Nanaji with boori.. he's digging a small hole near boori while talking to her.. He tells her, that her mother was killed by Malik's son.. But he cant reveal it to anyone.. on one hand there is maa, the other hand beti ka sasural.. He's committing a crime by hiding the crime but he cannot hurt santu in anyway.. He tells boori that he's hiding the bracelet in the hole.. Mongi overhears nanaji's monologue... And she runs off and tells it to induben and the chachi gang who tells the rest of the village.. The villagers go to madhav kaka.. tell him that they know who killed manjari.. That malik's son himself has killed manjari.. Nanaji is quiet.. Parashuram kaka says ki by hiding this fact, he's also partaken in the sin.. They know that his grand daughter is married to malik.. But that doesn't change the fact that manjari has been killed.. A cow is like our mother, and for us, our mother is the most important he says... And no realtion is above that... They will get justice.. He asks Mongi to tell them where the saboot is hidden.. Mongi points and one of the villagers goes and digs it out...
At the mahiyavanshi haveli, the villagers have gathered and are shouting that they want justice, they want malik to deliver justice.. Santu comes out of the store room and stands at the head of the stairs.. Inside the house everyone is scared.. DM and pinakin come down, Pinakin offers to go see what the hulla is about, but DM stops him.. He says that they've come to their malik's chaukat and he will meet them... DM and pinakin go out... DM puts his hands on his hips and the entire crowd goes silent...
DM asks them, what happened, why have they come to his house?
Parashuram kaka says, that they want justice, they want the killer to be punished..
DM says, that will happen, but in front of the panchayat.. They will catch the culprit and he will taken before the panchayat..
Parashuram Kaka says that they know who the killer is. And that he's from this house only..
DM gets furious. He asks parashuram how dare he say that, and is he knows what he's implying..
Parashuram says that they've got proof and asks Madhav kaka to speak up.
DM looks unbelievingly at nanaji. Nanaji, looking extremely guilty and uncomfortable shows DM the bracelet and says that this is the bracelet he'd asked to be specially made for his son... DM's looks change from furious to unbelieving and then he's stumped..
Now the villagers speak up, they say they want justice. DM repeats what he'd said earlier.. He will investigate and only then will there be any punishment.. One of the villagers says no, they want justice now, they deserve it.. DM gets angry and says ki now you'll teach me how to run this village.. Parashuram kaka also says that they want justice immediately.. DM says that by saying so, it just shows that they dont have any belief in him.. He will investigate and only then will the panch take a decision.. Parashuram kaka says fine, but there will be someone from our side also in this investigations.. DM looks at Parashuram and says, there is someone in this house from your village itself and points at santu. The lot of them look up at santu.. DM says I'm sure you trust her.. Parashuram says, that yes they have full belief in their malik and that they will get justice.. DM walks back in, and the villagers disperse.. Nanaji looks up at santu, worried and extremely guilty as well and he too walks off...
DM storms inside the house and yells for maulik.. Maulik comes running down and asks DM what happened? DM asks him where the diamond bracelet which he gave is?? Maulik holds his hand out and shows it to DM.. Moti is all angry now and asks DM why he's interrogating his sons just because some villagers told him something..
She says, when an elephant comes inside a market, all dogs will bark at him.. That doesn't mean that the elephant should pay any heed to the dogs..
DM tells Moti that when the dogs are barking there will be some truth to the matter.. Just then Santu comes running to the door.. Moti gets all the more angry and tells her that why has she come here? to see the drama that is unfolding thanks to her and her nanaji.. DM asks moti to not to bring this up as there already is a lot of tension in the house.. But moti doesn't pay heed, she tells him that all this is happening thanks to her only.. He's accusing his children thanks to her.. DM stops Moti.. He tells her that there will be justice.. He'd made the bracelets for both his sons.. Maulik has his.. He will call hiten now and ask him for his.. DM calls up hiten... HE asks hiten to come back home.. Hiten refuses point blank and says that he will not come back home under any circumstances.. DM says that people have accused you for committing a grave crime, you have to come back here, as dharampur's malik you have to listen to what i say.. Hiten completely refuses. He says that for him panch is parmeshwar and he wil come only before them.. DM says alright tomorrow he better come in front of the panch.. And he walks off to his room.. Santu looks on worried...
Now in her room Kadambari is furious.. She wonders how a father can do this to his own son.. Maulik comes there and plays Narad.. He tells her that if Hiten doesn't come before the panch, then they'll definately charge him guilty.. He has to come to defend himself.. And tells that taru foi is right, all this is happening because of Santu and her nanaji.. That they are not satisfied with Santu marrying DM, they want to create more problems..
Kads is furious and marches up to santu's room and yells at her.. That till now she's kept quite, but if anything happens to her brother, she wont spare her.. She tells her that she wasn't satisfied by becoming Mrs.Mahiyavanshi, which is why she's going after her brother now.. She warns her again that if anything happens to hiten, she wont spare her.. And that even dad wont be able to do anything about it...
Back in DM's room, baa bapuji come there trying to talk some sense into DM.. But DM is firm, he says that as Dharampur's malik he has to deliver justice.. he says nyay is dharam and he has to uphold that.. Bapuji tells him that already Hiten and DM's relationship is at the edge of a sword, this will only ruin things further.. DM is still firm.. He asks baa to stop crying, as it will weaken his stance.. Baa says that whatever happens she wants her hiten to be alright.. Bapuji says that DM has saboot against hiten, but his blessings are with hiten.. He says that they will see what is stronger, ashirwaad ya phir saboot... and both of them leave.. DM turns to the portrait and says, ki tomorrow our santaan will be in front of the panch, defending himself.. The episode ends with DM's worried face...
Preview - Hiten is telling Surekha and Viraat that he will go to the panchayat.. He will stand up against DM, as he doesn not frighten him... Viraat says that they cannot let him go inside a burning forest on his own.. Hiten says he WILL go alone.. Viraat says, he wont let him go alone...
