17th March 2009 WRITTEN UPDATE
The show starts with Kuku announcing the baby's name, Bebo. Everyone is congratulating Kuku & Amro. Then Taiji says its time to give out the blankets. (This part I didn't quite get it but it meant something like the blankets should be touched by Bebo before being given out) And before Taiji said Bebo should touch it, Buaji thinks she is the one touching the blanket and goes towards the blanket but Taiji says Bebo and she stops. Kuku takes the blanket and Amro puts Bebo's hands on top of it. Buaji is looking from the side. Kuku asks Buaji to help him give out the blanket. Buaji hears 2 guest saying "Before, she used to touch the blanket and was treated like a princess, look now after his daughter is here, she will touch the blanket not her".The midwife arrives and Kuku takes her to meet Bebo. Buaji is giving out the blankets with a sad face and can't stand it and goes back in and asks the servants to carry out giving the blankets for her.
Taiji is talking to the guests and she turns around and sees the midwife sitting beside Umro and shows *the* face again. The midwife hands some money and Amro refuses it and midwife says "one mustn't say no to shagun" and Amro takes it. The midwife holds Bebo and Taiji gets worried (there is this music behind Taiji, its real freaky). (They're showing yesterday's precap) The midwife and Kuku are talking and Taiji is walking towards them with worried written all over her face. Taiji calls the midwife and the midwife says she was just asking how bebo was. Taiji wants to speak to her for awhile. Kuku's friend asks him why they don't have any alcholic drinks when Kuku had promised so last time. Kuku says his responsibilities has increased and from now onwards he won't drink any alcoholic drinks.
Taiji takes midwife to a room and locks the door. Taiji gives money to the midwife saying "it was for everything she did that night". The midwife thinks Taiji is bribing her. But Taiji disagrees and says that the matter should remain between the both of them. The midwfe says "why? don't you trust me and now you want to buy my trust?" The midwife assures Taiji she will never break the promise till death.
The midwife says "You gave an orphan child your name". Taiji says "if you had not been here that night, there wouldn't have been any happiness in our house now". The show us what happened that night. Taiji is crying as the baby had been stillborn. The midwife asks her to stop crying as this usually happens in premature births. Taiji is crying more and asks God for a miracle. The midwife tells Taiji about a orphan baby and that she is putting her in a oprhanage tomorrow. Taiji asks "where did you get the baby from". But it ends the scene.
Now it shows the babyshower. Kuku's friends is telling him that Bebo is a ghar's name and they should have another name for outside. But Kuku says the outside name would sound like a stranger's name and ghar's name will sound very sweet. Kuku wants his daughter to be everyone' Laddli. His friends wants some song and dance. The baby starts to cry and Kuku carries her and sings. At the end of the song, the whole family sits together and Kuku says his family is complete now.
It ends with.......
Precap : Kuku doesn't find Bebo in her cot but Amro says she had put her there. Kuku calls everyone and tells Bebo isn't in her cot.
