can we drink milk after eating fish
yesterday i have drunked milk one hour after eating canned tuna fish i heard it causes white spots on skin plz help me is it true😭

I've never heard of getting white spots,but its just said not to drink milk after fish because its a combination of two garam(hot) things.

You drank milk an hour later after having fish so I think you'll be fine because it is said that you shouldn't drink milk with fish or right after eating the fish.

So don't worry
