What happened to Shoumen Nandi???

I really liked this guy Shoumen from the Ekalavya intros. He sang Kailash Kher's Saiyaan, in fact I thought he was pretty much the best of the gang alongwith Deepali, Yashita and Kaushik and since all 3 got selected I was really hoping that Shankar would pick him to replace Jeffrey but Shankar for some reason kept Jeff's spot vacant. Anyway, is there any chance this guy can join the competition or is he done. He's too talented not to get a chance to be at least heard one more time.

I don't know what happened to Shoumen Nandi, I would think that there are still some Eklavya contestants remaining.

No body took Jeffrey's spot because Shankar's gharana already has a contestant from Eklavya, and you're only able to have one contestant from Eklavya, after that there are no replacements. (I think)

Shoumen will be competing in the Brahmastra round. I was told that he is the Zee Bangla winner, and so he WILL be in the show, no matter what. Also, he is in Pritam's Eklavya gharana, so he won't be taken by any other mentor. Fortunately, we will be seeing more of him soon :)
