Episode 130

Ek toh mein pehlay say koshish kar raha hoon ...

This was not at all the out come he had wanted, or even close to what he had hoped for. The whole point of cornering her had been to break her will and get her to admit, Farak padta hai ... He had never intended for it to revert back to this point ... Mujeh koi farak nahin padta ... It was never his intention to rebuild his fortress, stronger and more impregnable than before, all over again ...

Much to everyone's horrified shock, he had been uncharacteristically dictatorial, absurdly harsh, in his opinion of Lavanya's choice of clothes ... Ek toh mein pehlay say koshish kar raha hoon ki, he had snapped, frustratingly.

His koshish ... His losing battle, his unravelling control, his futile struggle to forget her, comes to a head in a jumbled, senseless rant. He will, months from now, remember these futile attempts ... Meinay kitni koshish ki tumsay nafrat karna ki ...

Aur yeh cheez ? He gashes his teeth, grabbing the frivolous pompoms hanging off her kurta sleeves. How can a ridiculous thing like that put him over the edge? Is he to get no break ? Does every little stupid thing have to remind him of her ?

The pompom, a tinselly adornment ... A apt name for the most frivolous, most inessential part of an outfit ... Yet for Khushi, the most essential. No outfit of her's is complete without it. Quintessentially Khushi. Months from now, this stupid thing will become his lifeline, a cherished keepsake ... Even as he will pry her hand away, he will takes a part of her. A memento, his good luck charm ... His pearl ...

Lavanya had tried to justify her choice. She had liked it, as had everyone else.

Is he the same man who his Di had once said of, Tumhay toh kisi cheez say farak nahin padta ? It sure does not look like it now, as he escalates his nonsensical triade further. Looking squarely at Khushi, he provokes, completely unnecessarily, Mujeh pasand nahin ayaa. Mujeh aisi cheezain pasand nahin hai jin mein koi class na ho, jo itni cheap ho.

He had stalked off, walking past her, not sparing her a glance, but only after ordering Lavanya to change her clothes immediately. Lavanya, for once had been defiant.

She had followed him, just as he knew she would. Get out, he mouths, his voice soft, his injunction, ice cold.

She stands, not in his room, but at the threshold. Whatever advances she had made in the last few months, penetrating his formidable shell, he has again pushed her outside. She too will not enter his inner sanctum, but neither will she leave.

Nahin, humay aap say baat karni hai, she predicates. Toh phir karti raho, he wants no part of this. He turns and slides the door shut, turning his back to her. The walls are up, the defenses firmly in place.

She is undeterred. She slides open the door, but still does not step in.

Does he even have any idea of how much people around him, his aas pass kay loag, aapse kitna pyar kartay hai, aapko bilkul bhi andaaza nahi hai ? Does he know how much his harsh words hurt them ? A twinge of guilt ... Does she include herself in this group ? This group of aas pas kay loag, who love him, Who he has hurt with his harsh words ? He has an andaaza alright, it is her admission he wants.

She knows he is angry with her. Hum jaantay hai ki aap hum say gussa hai. Aapko jo kuch bhi kehna hai, aap humsay kehiyay.

The truth exposed ... His cover blown, he is a cornered animal ... A complete loss of control. A volcanic eruption, the rumblings of which had started days ago. He has been simmering ... Trying to keep it tightly under wraps, but tonight the lava erupts and flows unchecked. Wave upon wave of acidic assault.

His voice rising with each violently spit out syllable, his tongue spewing toxins, his eyes scorching her, his finger forcefully punctuating the air in emphatic emphasis, he stops at nothing.

She listens silently, stunned by his vehemence, startled by the rising cadence of his voice, physically cringing at the restrained violence barely held in check.

Tum samajhti kya ho apnay aap ko? Mein jo karta hoon tumhari vajeh say karta hoon ? Agar tumhay yeh lagta hai ki mujhe tumharay honay ya na honay se koi farqa padta hai, Then FORGET IT !!! Meri life mein tumhari itni importance nahin hai ki mein tumhari vajahay say gussa hoon aur voh gussa kisi aur par nikaloon!!! You don't even exist for me, do you understand !!! Tum ho ya na ho, kuch karo ya na karo, Mujeh oosay koi faraq nahin padta. SAMAJHI TUM !!!

Each and every word he erupts, is a double edged sword. On the surface, yet another forceful rejection of her, but within each simmering word is a direct indictment of himself. Guilty as charged on all counts ! A self incriminating diatribe. It is not her he is trying to convince, it is himself.

With each word he reveals more of his heart. He does everything because of her. Guilty. She is the only thing important to him and much much more. Guilty. Nothing else exists for him. Guilty. Farak padta hai. Guilty. He knows the truth, he knows he is fighting a losing battle, yet he battles with it ferociously, denying it violently, knowing fully well he is sentenced for life.

The farak offensive that had started with a supremely confident, relentlessly focused man, has run aground. A man who had been sure of himself that he would be able to get her to admit, Farak padta hai, is now fighting his last ditch battle ... A do or die offensive. The ramparts are up, the shields lowered. He fights not to win, but for a mere retreat. An offensive battle of self preservation.

She does not matter ... She cannot matter ... She is not important ... She means nothing ... Do you understand !!! He roars ... So that he can hear it.

Whether he hears himself or not, she hears him loud and clear.

He sees the hurt flood her wide eyes slowly. Another vow broken, in a matter of hours. He turns his back on her, unable to endure her tears. He closes his eyes in agony, takes a moment to collect himself and then turns to face her again.

Her breath comes in shorts silent draws, her agitated eyes spill her tears, down her cheeks. She wipes them, but does not look at him. She knows very well, he has said all this to her before. Hum jaantay hai humaray honay ya na honay se aapko koi faraq nahi padta. She has forgotten that he is Arnav Singh Raizada, and that he never apologizes. It is her fault that she forgot and came to him.

He has done it. He has broken her down, but not the outcome he had wanted.

She lifts her eyes and looks at him directly. Her surrender. She slides the door shut. Never has she backed away from him before. Never, even in the midst of their most fierce battles has she ever walked off. He no longer needs to throw up walls, or hide behind his shell. It is she who is leaving him to his haal. She who is walking off his battlefield. She will not fight this un-winnable battle.

A battle lost on all fronts, by all parties. He stands, alone, behind a barrier erected by her, just as she left him.

Another soft turn in the story. All his attempts, his struggles, his koshish to distance himself, to reject her, to get her to admit, are a colossal failure. But, whether he knows it or not, he is in it for life. Her tears coax him out from behind his shell.

And so, once again, like har bar, for her, for her ek ek ansoon, for his hazar choat over her spilled tears, he goes to Lavanya.

Lavanya, he says gently. Sanity prevails. He is sincerely contrite. I love you, ASR, Lavanya hugs him, easily forgiving him.

He arms around Lavanya, he looks directly at her. His brow furrowed, his eyes, repentant, softy pleading, he murmurs, childlike, I am sorry.

It is none other than Arnav Singh Raizada, who begs to be forgiven. He sees his absolution in her quiet acceptance of his apology, her slow, measured withdrawal. Her work is done. It is her that he wants in his arms, but she will not stay. His eyes follow her out of the room.

The battle is over. For now.

EPISODE 130
HURT...

He is hurt at her hurt and this what he doesn't want .He is hurting in her desire and wants her to accepts hers for him which she is fighting with herself. He wants her to be free ans happy of the pain which he inflicted upon her but that's not what he wanted at all.ASR is hurting her more..."kyuon karta hoon main aisa.." Why every attempt of mine pushes her more towards away from him...It needs to atop and she has to come to me but not like this...Hurt and remore is written all over today...on his heart and on his brain...

He leaves along with tears.Today he is cognizant of her shattered condition which he caused on Diwali night ,the night of Diyas which she brighten for him but he changed into darkness for her and for hiself too in return.Khushi's heart broke on Diwali's night and today again he ravishingly broke the strength of red beauty the very same way'but she is a fighter'..isn't she?...She did feel his presence full of agony as her heart and mind turns at his unheard voice.

Arnav leaves with his stammering voice and acts with convulsion and just like him Khushi is in her stammering condition with La as she knows the reason and very well aware of that'.He can't bear her tears which always act like a splattering hot oil on him'Period..

Reverberation of events swirls around him along with their meeting BG tune for hurting her badly."Kyuon karta hoon mein aisa'hamesha usski ankhon mein ansoo'kyuon uski har baat se itni taqleef hoti hai mujhe'laikin ab aisa nahin hoga 'kyuonkeh mein aisa hone nahin doonga"

Translation: Why do I always do that? Why do I cause tears in her eyes? Why it bothers me? But now it won't happen'because I won't let that happen.

La bought khushi's kind a dress as Khushi gave her courage against ASR"if you like it then buy it and don't worry about others".Every one at home loves the dress except ASR .

He bursts out at La for having a dress like Khushi"Eik tou mein phele hi'..[I am already trying ']He can't finish his sentence after seeing Khushi as he can't let go off of Khushi from his heart and mind ,day and night as everything reminds him off her.He orders La to change the dress. He walks away with his BG score loud and clear with big steps.Khushi a selfless cookie can't see La in this state and knows he is extra angry these days because of her.

Pause here:Today he is annoyed "jhooti mooti" at these poms and he will be taking these with him while leaving to London[even though these were not present on her dress] and will be holding lovingly remembering her in his palm'.uhhh'😕

Arnav pacing back and forth when she comes in who he wants to forget and open the door .He knows without looking and slowly turns "get out" by gulping down his anxiety and agony[like he is trying to say that just get out of my mind, heart and life some how].Khushi"No I need to talk to you"

Arnav steadily with his acrimony,"keep talking but I don't wanna hear" and turns his back to her after sliding the door as he never faces the truth and reality.

Khushi by opening the door ,"Its important for me to talk to you for clearing the misunderstanding'La bought the dress acc to my wish so if you wanna be angry so be with me"[Why do I smell ,he wanted to hear something else regarding with this Ghalat Fehmi misunderstanding]

Arnav in deep agonizing and bewilderment state,"Don't tell me how I supposed to talk with La'none of your business "'steps forward to close the door again when

Khusi calmly,"apke aas paas keh log apse kitna pyar karte hain apko bilkul bhi andaza nahin hai na'aap jante bhi hain apke inn kadwe bol se unke dil phe kya bitti hai'

Translation: You have no idea ppl around u love u so much ..do u have any idea ur bitterness words cut through their hearts]

Arnav by lowering gazes absorbing the truth.

Khushi continues persistenly,"Hum jante hain aap hum pe gussa hain.."

Bingo and his gazes angles straight in her eyes by keeping the misunderstandings and ego guards up,"tum apne aapko samjhti kya ho 'tumhain lagta hai mein jo karta hoon tumhari wajha se karta hoon'aagar tumhain lagta ha keh mujhe tumhare hone na hone se koi fadak padta hai tou forget it'you don't even exist for me'tum ho ya na ho ..kuch kaho ya kuch karo..mujhe uss se koi fadak nahin padta .sumjhin tum"

Translation: What do u think of urself..you think I do everything because of you..you don't even exist for me'it doesn't matter to me whatever u say or do 'understand

PAUSE HERE: Wait a minute so you are admitting this all in a reverse mode'..because every action of yours reflect her existence in your life's decisions these days dear Chote.

PONDERING CONNECTING DOTS: On Diwali night"Koi matlab nahin hain" and today"you don't even exist for me'tum ho ya na ho ...mujhe uss se koi fadak nahin padta .sumjhin tum" is enough to shake her trust on certain aspects of this "humain kya aur kyuon huwa hai 'DM} Later'She is getting interwined in her thought process'.in this entangled magnetized pull of him.which leads "hum bhulana chahte hain par bhula nahi pate" on Holi...

This will be changing"Khushi se door jane mein itni taqleef kyuon ho rahi hai" on airport to "Khushi mein tumhare bina jee nahin paoonga" till "Khushi and Arnav khabi alag nahin ho sakte"

Khushi flinched back because of his hurdling on her while screaming .He turns around as he knows what he just have done again'

He hurt her again regardless he just promises to himself he won't and he knows it ,closes his eyes by sensing her uneven breathing due to crying and convulsion'He turns around to see her or in other words wanna remove her pain from her face but just freezes looking at her state.

Khushi's tears flow incessantly but by wiping her tears and gathering her courage but looking down, "hum jante hain humre hone na hone se aapko koi fadak nahin padta..par hum yeh bhool gaye thai keh aap ASR hain aur kissi ka dil dukhane keh baad aap khabi maafi nahin mangte"

Translation:I know you don't care about the fact that I exist or not..but I forgot that you are ASR and you don't apologize after hurting or breaking someone's heart"

Pause here: Amazingly she taught him a lesson by keeping her eyes down so he won't get embarrassed or angry so she can convey the message but she learnt that lowering voice with firm yet calm tone does the effect.

She closes the door by giving him meaningful look and leaves him trailing her out as usually. He has no idea how much he hurts her but as "mein aisa hi hoon..mujhe khabi pata hi nahin chalata" is saving him from my side.

Symbolism and connection: They both have reflection on the glass but both are facing each other and hovering reflections of each others too.THIS is the point from where they both always will be together in every part of their life either in hate or love facing each others in all aspects''

ASR snaps out twice today. He realizes and gulps down his awakening moment and apologizes to La by looking at Khushi because he knows he owes her a big one just like the night he said sorry to her first time but today he does not need any practice.

Khushi's eyes get the peace and bafflement at his words but not "sukoon" as she can't see him in La's arms. She leaves and his yearning eyes wants her to embrace [the fact she loves him and he does for her] and his unsaid prayers make her turning around for him as she is listening to his heart..but he turns his face for not showing his vulnerability. She sees them and walks away leaving him trailing her all the way'''always in longing her proximity but today his pain brought unseen tears in his eyes.

PAUSE HERE: His realization of his mistakes was written all over as he comes and while seeing and measuring Khushi with his corner eyes he talks to La but every word is for his Khushi."agar tumhain pasand hain tou tumhain pehna chahiye"[you should wear if you like] as he is telling her what he couldn't deliver her in the store.

He was again in that wandering moment ,kiss chees ki bani hai" while trailing her way as he witnessed her gulping down the possessiveness of him in the proximity of La.

Other side Khushi and her "Dukh Sukh " with DM is clearly evident how her life is pre occupied with her LG."Ab hum unke bara mein sochainge hi nahin'humain nahin pata humain kya huwa hai aur kyuon huwa hai'humain kissi sawal ka jawab hi nahin chahiye"[I will never think about him'I don't know what and why happened to me but I don't need any answer ] and "I will be fine after their engagement" hmmm'lets see my dear..

Both of them made promises to break as NEW day is rising with lots of new hopes and twists ''..

NEW BEGINNING'.continue next

One more brilliant episode!
Just wanted to share some thoughts in a different tangent -

IPK through its characters showed so many different shades of love!

There are two people in IPK who are so innocent and absorbed in their love, that they seem to be entirely oblivious to all blatant clues around them pointing to their lovers' love and absorption to someone else - Anjali, and Lavanya!
While Anjali is obsessively devoted to Shyam and her own concept of a loving wife, Lavanya is innocent love personified. While it is frustrating to see Anjali's blind love, it is heartbreaking to see Lavanya's innocent unrequited love.

All Lavanya can see, amidst the budding of emotions in her heart, and longing for a lifelong committed relationship with ASR, is her own reflection of love in ASR's superficial displays of affection and commitment. But that's all they are, from ASR's side - superficial, uncaring displays for La underneath the layers of which are actually bold and loud declarations of intent towards Khushi.

Khushi, her sweet, guileless mentor and friend on this new path, who seems to have conveniently forgotten that ASR has been spoken for from the beginning! Yes, it is true that ASR never loved La, and Khushi always knew that at a subconscious level. But it is also true that everything Lavanya felt For ASR was always genuine, and Khushi knows that too!

I wish at some point the script showed Khushi's acknowledgement of that, and a moral dilemma for falling in love with the man that her friend was committing her life to. There were many scenes where Khushi tried to understand her Dhak-dhaks, and her feelings towards ASR, and during the Diwali Episodes, her heart break because of ASR's denial of what is blossoming between them. But not even one scene where for even a fleeting moment khushi thinks "Arnav ji tho Lavanya ji ki hone wale pati hai, hum unke baare mey aise kaise soch sakthe hain?"

The creatives did a beautiful job of the farewell scene between ASR and Lavanya, and clearly showed ASR's regret for leading her on, and Lavanya's forgiveness and acceptance. But they never showed a similar scene between Khushi and Lavanya.

Would love to know someone else's take on that aspect!

Nice Ipoona and ArshiH😊 Realization of Hurt, but to whom that is not here because he feels that he is hurting her but does he feel that it is hurting him or she is feeling that he is hurting him in return .NO.Not yet

Symbolism and connection: They both have reflection on the glass but both are facing each other and hovering reflections of each others too.THIS is the point from where they both always will be together in every part of their life either in hate or love facing each others in all aspects''

Realization of pain by giving her pain is always there .This is the same moment when he will be closing the door at her with big difference but both times his repenting moments are same.He is saying sorry for what he did on Diwali but she is not buying it because he has declared himself for LA and her values don't allow her to further than that and he is accepting it and now Fate has to play game to bring them closer.

That night he was more in pain than her because he was facing what she felt on Diwali night. He was not hers anymore and on that night she will be not him as what he thinks off.Right he is hurting again it doesn't matter to me you exist or not and she is misunderstanding that he really doesn't care about him at all and moves on by accepting her fate.

QUOTE=Ipoona]
Episode 127

I hope tumhay koi farak nahin padta ...

Exactly! He states emphatically. Sagai meri hai.

He steps closer.

One chance ... One opportunity ... A solitary hope ...

His voice controlled, his heart pounding a hard, steady beat, his turbulent emotions reigned tightly, their verbal bout of the last few minutes, instantly forgotten, he moves closer, his eyes riveted to her face.

Khushi, meri sagai kal ho ya ek saal baad ho, tumhay oos say kya farak padta hai ? He prods with his chin, questioning her.

His eyes stay, anticipatorily drilled into her, his breath bated, his head lowered and tilted in a vigilant wait ... Will she walk through this door he has opened ... Will she ... Will she ... Will she ...

Will she look at him and simply say ... Arnavji, humay farka padta hai ... and put him out of his misery ...

He waits ... A make or break moment. The deal of his life, out of his control, he hands her the reigns ... His life in balance, his dreams on hold ... His throat convulses, his only giveaway of what is at stake ...Only sign of the turbulent storm that he keeps at bay ...

He had been on the phone with Aman, canceling his South-Asian conference when she had followed him, calling after him ... Arnavji, Ek minute ... He had stopped for a moment and then proceeded as though he did not hear her. He had known, without a doubt, she would follow him. By the pool, he had picked up his file and had begun to flip through it ...

She, as usual, had not been thwarted by his obvious, silent, sullen but confusing signals ... He wants her here ... He wants this confrontation ... But will do everything to rebuff her completely ...

Aap asa kuon kar rahay hai ? Aapki sagai, itni jaldi ? Kal ... Kuon ? She had questioned, bewildered that he could so easily, so thoughtlessly, dictate his completely unreasonable decision and upend all the plans.

Exactly the questions he wants her to ask, so that he can throw in her face the prerogatives she has lost. The rights she has squandered ... Mujeh tumhay jawab denay ki koi zaroorat nahin hai ... Tum hoti kuon ho meri life kay decisions mein interfere karnay wali. You have lost the right to say anything to me ... Dismissively, he had told her to get lost.

Nahin get lost, she had countered, unafraid ... Just because other were scared to say anything to him, he thinks he can shut her up too ! He can think again !!!

Did he consider the practicality of his rash decision ? Did he deliberate for even a second on what his actions meant for everyone else involved ? Bulldoze his way through, that's all he ever does ... She had then, agitatedly proceeded to muddle through a list of all the people he was upsetting by his completely senseless, inconsistent command. Anjaliji ... Naniji ... Lavanyaji ... even the goddamn Panditji ... His eyes had squinted ... Oh yeah, Panditji ! Shouldn't forget Panditji !

And you, Khushi ? Aren't you upset ? His eyes had shot at her, Unho nay bejha hai tumhay ? If not for them, Phir kuon aai ho?

Is she here for herself ... Is she here because the thought of him sliding a ring onto someone else's figure is killing her ... Just like it is killing him now ... Is she here coz she is burning in a seething possessive rage ... Just like he is ... Is she here because her heart is breaking ... Just like his is ... Is she here so that they can turn back the clock ... Like the last twenty four hours never happened.

Yeh aap ki sagai hai, koi khel nanin, she had urged, trying to make him see reason.

Moments from now, he will make it a khel ... A bold, calculated, aggressive, go for broke gamble ... A perverse game of chicken ... Who blinks first ...

A stunningly thoughtless use of a clueless girl. Heedless of how carelessly, how unjustly, he is using her, he will obsessively, remorselessly besiege the one standing before him. Hemming her in, pushing, pinning, blocking, crowding her. Waiting her out ... Because she will break. She has to ... She will say the words he wants to hear...

He steps closer ... His eyes trained on her to pick up any weakness, any sign of her inner turmoil he knows she is battling. Her eyes blink furiously, refusing to meet his penetrating gaze.

Aap ki sagai ho ya na ho, she pauses, her lowered eyes agitated, Humay kuon farak padayga ... She raises her eyes and looks directly, belligerently, at him, Suna aapnay, humnay kya kaha ? Humay koi farka nahin padta ... A shocked pause, she had said it ... But this is no time to back off ... Hum toh sirf sab kay liya ...

Not the response he was looking for. Payback, Arnavji ... Humay BHI koi Farka nahi padta ...

His jaw clenches, his eyes blaze at her. You dare to stand before me, look into my eyes and deny so blatantly ... So convincingly ... The same eyes that he reads like an open book ... Where did you find the courage to lie so defiantly ! Koi farak nahi pardta !!!

Really, Khushi ? Koi farak nahin padta ? He grabs her by her wrist and drags her into the living room.

To everyone's relief, their capricious Chottay has miraculously come to his senses ... All because of something Khushiji said. They are informed, his and Lavanay's sagai now, is not tomorrow, but a whole week from now ... Aab khush ? He had concedingly placated Lavanya, from a distance. Of course ! Everyone had grinned, thrilled the storm has subsided and Chottay is in a better mood, all of a sudden, indulging in lighthearted banter.

Oh yes, one more thing, he continues casually ... Nothing much, just that he wants Khushi to make all the arrangements for the engagement. Kuon Khushi, his voice beguilingly accommodating, he turns to face her, his head tugs, Is that okay with you ? His eyes slice into her, his gaze piercing, unblinking, as he walks to within a foot of her. He lowers his voice to include just the two of them ... His chin thrusts forward, his eyes flaring, he declares war ... Quietly, cold-bloodedly. I hope tumhay koi farak nahi padta.

At home, she quietly, in passing mentions to Shayamji that she had spoken to some one who sounded just like him ... Chor ki Dari mein tinka ... He hurriedly informes her he had even made single call today, in fact he was in an area where there was no signal ... Overcompensation Shaymji, this is Dilli, not some remote Goan ... Jhoot toh toda sooch kay bola karo ...

A mother of daughters ... She worries about her girls ... She knows what her younger one is going through ... This is not what she has dreamt for her daughters all her life. She worries about the fearful anxiety that peeps though the wide eyes of one and the sadness that fills the averted gaze of the other ... She has been there ... She consuls her girls ... Some times in life you meet someone and fall in love ... And sometimes you are rushed ... You don't know what you are bring pushed towards ... You are scared ... The answers are not easy ... Because you have to live your life to find them ...

One of the most beautiful dialogues of the show ... Kuch jawab zandigee ji kar hi mil saktay hai ...

Her girls do not know ... But her life too has been such a jawab .. She has been lucky ... She found a loving kind jeevan saathi ... And she is sure that her Khushi too is blessed similarly ... Her heart tells her that her little one will find all the happiness she wants and deserves ... A happy zindgaee ... With ek accha jeevan saathi ...

You nailed it yet again Ipoona. ONLY khushi has the guts to say NO to him, tell him farq nahi padtha .. and he most certainly cant take it...will do what ever it takes to bend her down... make her admit...cruel are the ways of his obsession. But I am glad Khushi stood up to it.. During these epis one gets to see that mature woman in her who is hurting inside yet wouldn't let that effect her will and prowess that only she has to give it right back to him. Loved her immense. But to his credit he did admit to farq padtha hai.. which meant nothing less than a confession.. wonder what ran through Khushi's head that pool side.. did she wish to say farq padtha hai yet agonized at her plight and that quandary of that unwanted engagement which made her not admit?
Specifically love his anticipatory look, chin drawing, " tell me I am waiting" kind of gesture after his question.. "kal ho ya ek sall ke bad kya farq padtha hai".. and after all that anticipation his utmost disappointment and even anger are expected. Not sure if it was a deliberate make up or Barun was truly tired .. but the way ASR looked that one week, esp when his hand cuts, and this pool side convo.. .. with a NOT so neatly trimmed stubble, those tired, red eyes almost ready to cry.. he was the most sophisticated Devdas!!:)
Yes those Garima's words are most profound and worthy.. fortunately or unfortunately there are NO short cuts in a few matters and one HAS to go through life to find the answers.

For now.

The crusade of farq padtha hai is over... the gist as you brilliantly summed up there above. .. battle won by neither...
How many profound conversations last couple of days.. without an outright winner..
loved.. loved your symbolism of her standing at the threshold and leaving the battle field.. one of the most heart breaking covos .. when one almost gets desperate to clear this stalemate between them... he has given her all the room to say farq padtha hai and get out of that ring... but she is as egoistic as he is.
Thanks Ipoona.

Lovely analysis Arshi Di and Ipoona👏
I agreed with you both have reached to the peak and the main cause of this was to make him accept his mistake of Diwali and say SORRY.He did and now Devi Maiya is taking them to the next level.New Beginning...you are right Arshi Di as they are going to be tied together by Payesh and that's where we are heading.I love this ne one.Flirty Arnav and overwhelmed Khushi.😊❤️

Loved your take on Khushi at the threshold Ipoona.
Every inroad she has been making into his heart thwarted by his cruelty.

And she, hurt and anguished by his words stops, and the for once hesitates to enter the room

that was her haven, even before she knew it was his, for it was in this room that she had hidden in the

closet, ostensibly from him, and it was in this room she had been found by him, when he was trying to

convince himself " woh yahan nahi hai, main uske baare main sochna nahi chahta" .

Yet can she really be angry with him?

Does she not feel him in her heart?

Hasn't she always known " him" and haven't all these wars of words

been their way to showing to each other, the depths of their emotions and the feelings within?

And each time he lashes out at her, he is merely ripping off another layer of cold resolve from around

his heart and letting her in, closer than ever, to see the warmth within
