FIR Written Update December 12, 2013
At night, BP, GG, and Billu are sitting in the dark when the Commissioner comes flying in. The Commissioner demands to know why the chowki is dark. GG blames Gopi. CC says she'll bring Gopi back on the path and the light comes back on. CC tells GG to bring the doctor. GG salutes taking the Commissioner's wig off as well.
The next morning, Billu asks Gopi to turn on the fan for a while. CC comes in at this time and Gopi starts fanning her. CC asks GG where the doctor is. GG says that his foot is sprained so he told Gopi who told Billu. Billu says that he has called a ved who worked nearby. He says he doesn't forget anymore and the doctor took his fee because the treatment was finished. Billu forgets at this point and becomes a junk collector. The ved enters at this time. CC shows the man's photo to the ved and he recognizes the man saying that he gave the ved 50 000 rupees to fix his leg. Then CC asks how much he charges for a sprain and when the ved says 10 000 rupees, GG thinks he's better now. The ved says that he heard the man talking to a girl maybe in Gujarati about something that hadn't worked out. CC asks to see a note and the ved shows it and CC understands what is going on. Then CC goes over to GG and twists his leg fixing it. CC tells GG and Gopi what to do.
Later, at night, GG and Billu put on an act of wanting to drink a medicine that'll make them 20. Gopi comes over and takes it saying he'll drink it because he's the senior constable and leaves. At the same time the man and his friend jump from the mountain again.
GG, CC, BP, and Billu are watching Gopi closely a bit later waiting for something. Gopi suddenly starts feeling heavy in his heart and yells out for help. The 4 crowd around. CC says that it's a heart attack. GG and BP hug each other and scream "Nahi". Gopi tell them to call the doctor. CC says no because it'll increase the expenses of the government. He asks Billu to turn on the AC, but Billu says that he took the AC fuse home to save expenses. He asks GG for cold water, but GG says that he turned the fridge off to save expenses. He then asks BP to take him to his cabin to sit under the fan, but BP says that he himself took the fan off to save expenses. He then begs CC to save him, but CC says that they can save either him or the government expenses. Gopi says that he won't do this again and asks CC to save him. CC pulls a pill out of her pocket and feeds it to Gopi who feels better. He says sorry to everyone. Gollu brings another order saying that Gopi will get 10% now and he starts cutting expenses again. CC hits him in the stomach.
Later that night, GG, CC, and Billu are sitting in Meenal's house. There is some noise in the attic. CC turns off the light and a man comes into the house. He gets Titli's call and CC then takes the phone and turns on the light. The man's bag turns out to contain fake notes. CC calls Titli back to see who it is and the man says "Sham suspense main hai" and CC recognizes it as Meenal's boss.
