chapter 65 (i) ~~ pyaar toh rahega...
manvi opened her eyes and saw herself wrapped in virat's arm. this wasnt something new for her... everyday she made her way into his arms and wake up seeing his ever handsome face but today... today it wasnt giving her that joy... manvi got out of his embrace trying not to disturb him but in this process, she did wake him up. manvi wondered how she ended up sleeping in his arms and virat looked at her trying to read whats going on in her mind.
manvi saw virat looking at her from the corner of her eye and hurriedly got up from the bed.
virat : manvi...
manvi : i am sorry...
virat : sorry...?? for exactly what...???
manvi : for troubling you...
this irritated virat like hell. he loves her... why is it soo difficult for that pinhead to understand, he thought.
virat : what is wrong with you...???
manvi : i am perfectly fine... thank you...
virat : dont irritate me manvi... dont... i warn you...
manvi ignored virat's word and decided to move out quietly without creating a scene. but before she could do that, virat held her hand and pulled her backwards towards him. manvi lost her balance and they both landed on the bed with manvi on the top.
breaths fanning on each other's face, eyes locked, heartbeats racing and bodies wrapped were making the situation more awkward and difficult. virat and manvi were losing their senses as the proximity was burning them. manvi was drowning in his eyes and she dont know when she was turned around and now virat held her hands beside her head.
manvi and virat were both at loss of words and though they wanted to say many things but nothing came out of their mouths. they were tongue tied and eyes locked.
manvi : i love you...
manvi unknowingly whispered which broke their trance.
virat : i know... i love you too...
manvi : no you dont... leave me...
virat : dont get into sherni avatar... listen to me for just once...
manvi : i dont want to... mujhe nahi bezatti karani fir se...
manvi struggled to free her hand and virat pinned it more strongly to the mattress.
manvi : leave me...
virat : not in your dreams...
manvi : haha... dont worry then i will leave you...
virat : dare you do it...
manvi : mujhe challenge mat karo... aur karna hai toh pehle mera haath chodo...
virat : nahi... i wont... listen to me carefully... i love you mrs. manvi virat singh vadera...
manvi turned her head to the other side and virat lovingly cupped her cheek and made her look into his eyes...
virat : and i wouldnt let you go... aur haan... take care of yourself... kal raat ko -
manvi : kal raat ko kya...??? (nervously)
virat : kal raat ko you were sleeping on the terrace. it was so freezing cold outside... take care of my baby...
manvi : my baby..?? (holding his shirt in her fists and pulling him close) what do you mean by your baby...??
virat : i meant exactly the same thing you meant that day... oops that night...
manvi : its our...
virat : i know that... good that you admitted it yourself...
virat freed his shirt from her hands and got up leaving manvi stunned. did he bluff her so easily...???
manvi : huh... i hate you vadera... (getting up and saying frustatedly)
virat : i hate you too mrs. vadera...
manvi made a face and went to the bathroom to get freshen up. virat then giggled to get a glimpse of the real manvi... the real sherni... the girl he loved.
" ahhh... "
virat almost jumped on listening manvi shout from the bathroom. he took steps towards the bathroom and in the meanwhile manvi came out running and collided into him and hugged him tightly making him stumble a little.
virat : manvi... what happened...???
manvi : chipkali... there is a lizard in there... wo mujhe ghoor rahi thi...
virat rubbed manvi's back to soothe her but he literally wasnt able to control his laughter.
manvi broke the hug and looed at virat who was trying to control his laughter.
manvi : you are laughing at me..?? what am i..?? laughing stock...??
virat : no... no ways... (making a straight face) i m not laughing... see...
manvi : lier...
manvi angrily moved out of the room leaving behind virat who rolled on the bed imagining a scene where a tigeress gets scared from a little lizard and starts jumping around.
scene shifts
manvi came to kasak's room and sat on the bed near her. before she could say anything, kasak jumped out of the blanket and shouted which scared manvi again...
manvi : kasu...
kasak : mumma darr gayi... hehe...
manvi : everybody is behind me today... such a bad day...
kasak : no one behind you mumma... see...
manvi looked lovingly at kasak and taking kasak in her arms fell on the bed tickling her.
kasak : haha... mumma... hehe... tickling hehe... nooo...
manvi : will you scare mumma now...???
kasak : hehe... no... hehe..
manvi stopped tickling her and kasak tried stopping her laughter.
manvi : better... cmon get up now...
kasak : baby toh kab ka awake hai... aaj mumma late ho gayi... haha...
manvi : you are becoming very naughty...
virat : like mother like daughter...
kasak : haan i like mumma...
virat : i like her too...
kasak opened her arms on seeing virat and he took her in his arms.
kasak : good morning...
virat : morning my princess... u know today mumma (winking at manvi) -
manvi cut virat in between and told kasak to brush her teeth...
kasak : mumma aaj kya...??
manvi : nothing baby...
virat : mumma today got -
manvi : dare you say a word...
kasak : kya hua..??
manvi : nothing...
virat : no no... you should know mumma ki shehzaadi...
manvi : tum jyada smart mat bano virat...
kasak : papa toh already smart hai... hehe...
virat : haan... bingo...
manvi : argghhh... i hate you...

kasak : i love both mumma papa...
manvi showed her tongue to virat and took kasak in her arms.
manvi : mumma loves you too... now come on lets get ready...
kasak : haan hum fir pretty pretty ban jaege... hai na mumma...???
manvi : haan...
manvi took kasak to the bathroom to get her ready.
virat : we will be fine... i know this is the only way... hum dobara aise hi kareeb aaege manvi aur iss baar koi misunderstanding nahi hogi...
