Smita, you always manage to bring out very well the fun and togetherness that the families experience at the sangeet ceremony, where they just forget any problems and let their hair down... NK partnering either Buaji or Nani is always a treat. Those little glimpses of Arnav finding immense joy in seeing Khushi enjoying herself are touching. Khushi is bound to feel right at home amongst that crazy bunch! The contrast between the two sisters' reactions to their fiancs' predicament is cute and amusing. Challenging ASR is never a good thing and she is sure to learn that pretty soon. Trust him to turn the tables on her and turn a simple romantic dance into a sizzling seduction... Khushi has no hope of escape or of outsmarting Arnav in this area! Akash held Payal decorously like a good boy, his right hand placed gingerly on her waist, and his left holding her right. Payal placed her left hand on his shoulder, blushing away... if such simple moves are all it take to make Payal blush, wonder what her reaction would be to Akash uncharacteristically seducing her the way Arnav does Khushi! Again, the differences in approach of the cousins to wooing their fiances is equally interesting. His slightest look, movement and husky voice just drags her deeper into the inferno of her new and unknown feelings and desire: How did the singer know about her dreams of the fiend who tempted her with his bare chest? It's such conflicted thoughts that make one relate to the story... Khushi thinks of him as a fiend but can't stop herself from dwelling upon his bare-chested glory. Yes, he was in her hissa! Now the problem was what to do with him!!! ...If it had been a sari, she would have had to carry the imprint of his fingers on her waist all her life like a brand! Just love the humor you infuse into her innocent yet confused thoughts and juxtapose the same with her gradually awakening desire... the image of her being branded by his mere touch is just wow! Her Laad Governaar's lips brushed her ear. Khushi almost fell down. ASR gathered her closer to him, using her weakness as an excuse... whatever she might say, she already identifies him as belonging to her... he is devious enough to use every opportunity he gets to touch her and kiss her without the audience realising what he is up to, and with Khushi being helpless to stop his insidious moves and soon oblivious to having an audience... smooth! The baaki jahaan in the song would haul her to the pagalkhana in Agra for swift treatment if she continued to moon over the muscles pressed against her soft bosom... hilarious! Khushi's arms went around the rakshas, clinging on to him, to his warmth, to his familiar scent, to his safe, hard length... she may not know it yet or accept it even, but that's where she wants to and is destined to be! She acknowledging that she would have accepted and enjoyed his kiss, despite being in front of her family and friends, then totally flustered by Arnav's proximity, fleeing to the kitchen for a drink of water is a pleasurable moment. ASR moved in with the swiftness of a snake... a very apt image of danger. He kissing her senseless is no surprise as he has been building up to it all evening long... "Your lips are like the petals of a rose... a red rose... sweet..." Beautiful words! She parted trembling lips, wanting to express her confusion to him, but not knowing what to say... love how she instinctively turns to him for answers rather than hiding it from him... the fact that she automatically wants to share her confusion and fears with him gives one hope for the future of their relationship. He ran a gentle finger down her cheek to her lips. Her lashes fell to cover her eyes. Their breaths came in spurts, and their hearts pumped blood furiously through their arteries... His finger touched the seam of her lips and his head lowered to taste their addictive sweetness once more... truly sensuous! The liberties Khushi allows Arnav to take with her clearly shows that her heart is winning over her mind. Trust Buaji to disrupt their passionate moment! Buaji muttered as she looked for her misplaced niece... that turn of phrase tickled me pink! It's hilarious that Buaji thinks Arnav is whiter than the driven snow whereas Khushi knows otherwise: How could she tell Buaji what her poor Arnav Bitwaa' had been up to in the kitchen a few minutes back? In some ways Khushi is like a lot of Indian girls, thrust into a marriage without really being aware of the physical aspects of it: What was happening to her? Was this marriage? Did all boys and girls...? Mothers tell them of the responsibilities that come with marriage but are unlikely to speak of the physical intimacies as that subject is still taboo! The only consolation is that Khushi has a great teacher and, when the time comes, a considerate lover in Arnav. She was his... now, no paanwaala could take her away from him... all chudiwale, channewale, paanwale etc. could look elsewhere for a bride! Arnav's possessiveness and relief at the thought that no one can steal his Khushi from him is endearing. "Chodiye humein!" she hissed. "Not in this lifetime!" he said, determination coating his words... quite a promise, that! Arnav is a lost case... his PDA leaves poor Khushi breathless and speechless, and his own family amused relieved at the changes they see in him. They must be thanking their lucky stars that Arnav has found love. Beautiful gifs and images that blend seamlessly with the storyline!
