My suggestion to Jalal

The most logical thing would be to say "talaq" and divorce Ruqu and then marry her again. But MA said that is not possible cuz Ruqu has to marry smeone else, stay wid that person for smtim, divorce him and then she would be eligible to marry Jalal.

Solution - Declare all child marriages null and void. If the marriage is not valid, then why would you divorce? Whom would you divorce from since you never had a hubby? Then Jalal can legally marry Ruqaiyya and Adham can go and cry somewhere else.
