I am sorry that I am updating after so long so here's a little recap if you feel disconnected to previous update.

Recap: Kria is disturbed due to scrolls from unknown source. Rey comforts her with his love. Someone ruined Vicky's car and Dazzler's inventory. Rey is piqued. Kria get to know about irregularities with Rey's car by a video. Rey's car blasted but Rey got saved. Kria is furious and slapped Sharon with a doubt that she is the one who had done it.

UPDATE-47

Killing quietude in the room, everyone was in some whirl. A lot happened tonight. Vicky switched on the TV. Blast did make headline in local media. Kria slapping Sharon was another subtitle in "breaking news" flash.

"What rubbish?" Vicky whined.

"Does that even make a headline? That was a misunderstanding." He added.

Rey was being brought to hospital for precautionary checkup. Kria was with him.

"I don't know why she even doubted me? I can never think about harming Rey", Sharon clarified.

"We know! You don't need to give any justification Sharon", Vicky consoled.

Neha supported Kria by saying, "I believe she had some reason to accuse Sharon like this. And she was devastated so I don't blame her even if she overreacted."

Sharon smilingly said, "I have nothing against Kria. I completely don't blame her. It's just it hurts." Her face changed colors while saying so.

Vicky told her not to worry. He seemed to be with her on this matter.

Neha was worried about Kria. Her reaction on Sharon might work against her when it comes to group equations.

It was raining outside. Kria was sitting outside OPD. Her fingers were busy chipping lips. She does that when she is worried. She had made mind to tell Rey about scrolls.

Waiting! She has been doing it from last 40 minutes. She hoped to get a moment of privacy with Rey so she can tell him about everything.

A nurse came and asked, "Miss Ghai! You need to fill this form. Doctor thinks that Mr. Singhania must be under surveillance for 12 hours at least."

"What? But doctor said few minutes back that there're few bruises and minor burnt. What is the meaning of keeping him for 12 hours now??" Kria asked.

Nurse answered, "Ma'm! Patient is on dose of pain killer which will make him asleep for few hours so it's necessary to keep an eye on him."

Kria took the form from her hand and sat down on bench again. "Is it a joke or something? Everything is so suspicious." She murmured.

Kria dialed Neha's number but there was no network. She started reading the form. Terms & conditions, basic columns, she kept flipping pages. Last page had something unusual.

It read as,

"What shall not be revealed, must remain insidious.

I shared my secret with you and you must not break my trust.

Refrain from telling the truth

Let him take his peaceful sleep"

Meet me at Lindsey's at 12:30 am.

Wear your black short dress which you bought the other day.

Kria's face was pale. This was getting out of hand. This person managed to make it demonstrable that he knows every bit about her like what she bought, what she thinks. She ran down to reception, she couldn't find that nurse again who handed over the form to her. She ran back to OPD, bed was empty.

Rey! Rey! She kept shouting his name. A nurse came and asked her to lower her voice. "Where is Reyansh Singhania?" She asked in panic.

He is in room- 205. Doctor transferred him there. Kria rushed to the room. He was lying calmly. She ran her fingers around his nostrils. Kria held her head and sobbed for moments. Her fear and worry has reached the peak. He was sleeping calmly and warmly.

11:00 pm! She gave a look to clock.

Finding a taxi here was tedious job. She kept giving hand to every cab. She needed to reach hotel. Whole way, she kept trying to connect open ends. But a feared mind can never draw anything concrete.

She knocked! It was Neha's door. Neha hugged her. "I was so worried" She said.

"I need some help Neha. I want you to promise me that you are not gonna share it with anyone." Kria asked.

Neha nodded in yes.

"Go to hospital. Be with Rey until I come back. And don't tell anyone about my whereabouts. "Kria told her.

"but where are you going?" Neha asked.

"I am not supposed to tell. I am going to meet someone at Lindsey's. Don't tell anyone at any cost." Kria told.

Kria headed towards her room. She wore black dress and left the room. A waiter showed up and handed a scroll to her. Kria till now was very well aware of style of this unknown person, like how this person has access everywhere. Sharon doesn't fit anywhere as it needs plenty of power and reach in this foreign city.

She opened the scroll. It read as:

Not like that!

Get dolled up

I want you to look your best

Kria looked around. Nobody could be seen. She returned back to room.

"Dolled up! My foot!" she put flame colored lipstick and a bit of mascara.

She left for the venue.

Whole way she was thinking about what if this person tries to harm her? What if he tries to harm Rey? What if she gets caught in this trap? Is she doing some wrong by concealing this meeting??

Driver said, "Lindsey's! Ma'm!"

Kria came back into reality. "Huh???" she uttered.

It was big bar. She entered and saw a crowd totally unknown to her. Anybody could be that person. Her instinct was her only weapon. She kept looking around for any hint. Boozers everywhere, ogling at her with lust, she was definitely not comfortable.

Kria just wanted to know the truth, the person behind all this. She wanted to end it.

Light went dim and song got louder. It was difficult to identify anyone. A man came and grabbed her hand. He took her in corner by slitting the mad crowd.

Kria got shock of her life after seeing the face. It was Kevon!

"You?? OMG! I can't believe it" Kria said while wagging her head in distrust.

"Listen to me! Kria, I want you to listen to me." he said while looking around.

"Kria got rid of his hand which was holding her and said, "I still can't believe it. How could you do this to me? How could you try to harm Rey?" she clutched his collar.

"Come with me!" He took her to emergency exit.

"Leave me!" Kria lost her pouch while struggling to get rid of his hold.

A tight slap punished Kevon as soon as he stopped dragging her in stairs.

"Hit me as much as you want but first listen to me" he insisted.

"I didn't mean to hurt you or Rey. I didn't know his intentions. He paid me handsome sum for this job." He uttered in one breath.

"What are you talking about Kevon??" Kria tried to comprehend.

"I don't have time! I am short of time. I am not supposed to break his secrets. I don't know if I will be alive to tell you more but forgive me!" He broke into tears.

"I was the one who used to place this scroll to you. I was the one to give each detail of you and Rey to him. But I am not the master mind. I am just a pawn." He added.

Kria was numb. She couldn't find words to utter.

"Tell me more." She managed to say.

Slamming of door drew their attention. Kevon held her hand and took her out of building through emergency door.

In parking lot, he continued his rant, "I am sorry for setting you guys. I didn't know he will try to blow Rey off. I said it quit when I saw news of Rey's accident in tracks. Kria! Forgive me if you can. I had to use this scroll thing to call you here tonight."

Kria enounced, "How do you expect me to believe on what you are saying??"

Kevon assured, "why would I lie? Why would I concede my wrongs? Kria! you have to believe me!

He added, "Go away from here. Forget about race and all, just go away. Be cautious of everyone"

He shoved her a little and told to go.

Kria regressed and asked, "Who is he? The one you are talking about. You have told much but not all."

"I can't. I won't." he faltered.

"Why? Your master didn't write that in script" Kria asked furiously.

"woooh! You don't believe me! I am not setting you up this time. I don't know him for a fact. I know him through a voice. That's it" He cleared.

"And you asked me to get dolled up because you were so conscious about place's twig. Huh????" she taunted.

"I didn't. I didn't ask you to get dressed up like this." He clarified.

"show me the scroll" he asked.

"I don't have it anymore. I lost my pouch when you were dragging me." she said.

"Get out of here right now. They know it." He ordained.

A black Mercedes entered the parking lot. Kevon pleaded her to go. Kria wanted to know more.

"Please leave! You will put me and yourself in trouble" He insisted.

Kria looked at the Mercedes. She started walking. Kevon ran away from stair case. Kria kept walking and didn't look back until she caught a cab.

She thanked God for the cab. It was 1:45 am. She asked driver to go to hospital. She didn't have money. She thought to take some from Neha when she will reach hospital. She saw a pouch next to her. She didn't try to take it.

Driver was quiet. She looked around. She knew nothing about this city. She didn't know where she is going. It was strange to get a cab so easily at this hour. She asked Driver about how much time it will take. He didn't answer. It was certainly not normal. She took the pouch and opened it.

It has one note in it. It read as:

Too much knowledge can be dangerous.

Everything has a cost

9: oo am, sun was high and city was running. Rey dabbed Neha's shoulder to get her out of sleep.

"Thank God! You are fine." Neha sighed in relief.

"I was always fine sister." Rey corrected her.

"Where is Kria? I couldn't find her anywhere." He asked.

"she is in hotel. She was so tired so I sent her for some rest" Neha lied.

"Let's go out of here. I hate smell of hospitals." Rey complained.

Neha tried to call Kria but her mobile was switched off. She was hell worried. What if she is in some trouble? Should I tell Rey about it? She was confused.
