Pramad's Short Jail Term - Twisted Logic

Not sure how the logic works with this one - a prisoner in jail gets a doctor to vouch for his ill health and next you see him enjoying the comforts of home. This is really twisted - not sure if any law in the world allows this. Purely illogical. Note to Screenwriters: please come up with better plots, not putting someone behind bars and then out the next moment feigning ill health.
