I had always the doubt why they have shown 3 months marriage contract if zoya was supposed to live in sm forever once her father's truth is out.

I feel that this was planned that asad will bring back zoya before 3 months and later on may be gaffur use those papers to bring her daughter back.But it was not decided when will asad will bring zoya but it was supposed to be before 3 months as KV is nothing without zoya .

I think that plot has been wrapped up in hurry but it was supposed to be closed like this only. Because the main aim for the plot:

1) zoya and ayaan interaction , they are now more close friends than before...

2) those papers which can later be used by gaffur...bcoz once gaffur will know zoya his daughter he will use this trick only to save his izzat and to have his daughter...

I strongly feel that that track was supposed to be like this,that is zoya will return before 3 months otherwise there is no point of having 3 months contract as zoya ayaan did not know about papers and they wanted to go to their respective lovers from first day this track started.
