Premika Pandey files a police complaint against her neighbor Mr. Tilu Tendulkar who is a scientist. Premika's Husband has become a Servant and Servant has become a Husband. The scientist is called in and he reveals he made a new software named Ulta Pulta. During this time, Billu wants to celebrate his birthday, but no one remembers.
