Chapter -18

Madhu's POV

He spoke "And I had given compliment to that girl because I knew she won't leave me until and unless I'll compliment her. Just to get rid from her I gave her compliment."

I asked "So why you have not given compliment to me?"

He spoke "I was scared."

I asked confused "Scared of what?"

He replied "Ke kahin tumhe meri nazar na lag jaaye."

His words made such a big impact on me that first time I blushed. And I was sure that he must have noticed my face which turned into a red color.

Today I lost something, something important. I don't know what but I am sure I did lost something.

We started walking with a smile on our face. And suddenly it started raining.

RK spoke "Oh my God! This stupid rain. I hate rain."

I asked shocked "Really? You hate rain?"

RK replied annoyingly "Yes I just hate rainy weather."

I replied "You are such a bore. How can someone hate rain?"

RK spoke "Forget that and come here under the tree or else you'll catch cold."

I smiled and replied "Who cares? I want to enjoy rain."

He spoke "If you'll fall ill than I am not going to take care of you because I have better things to do."

I spoke "Did I ask you to take care of me? I know no one cares for me. Everyone hates me that's why they leave me when I need them the most. My mother left me when I needed her the most. My father left me. You'll also leave me after one year. Go now. I don't need you."

I started crying after saying this. I don't know why I become so emotional. May be because just few minutes back he made me feel so special and now he is treating me like an unwanted person.

He was standing under the tree and was staring at me. I ignored his look and started cleaning my eyes.

He came towards me and spoke "Madhu, you never asked me to take care of you. But I do because I care for you. I don't want to harm you in anyway. I know in starting I had behaved rudely with you but that was not intentionally. I can never think of hurting you not even in my worst dreams."

I spoke "Don't lie. I know you are lying. You just don't care. Only one person cares for me but he is not with me."

I started crying again.

He asked confused "Who is that person?"

I spoke angrily "Why would I tell you? I'll never tell you. The thing is you don't care that's what matters here."

He spoke "Madhu listen to me. I do care for you. How do I prove?"

I spoke "I don't need any proof. I just don't want to talk to you."

It was raining heavily and we both were drenched totally. I started moving away from him. He holds my wrist and took my face in his hands.

He pressed his lips against mine. A shot of electricity crossed my body. His lips were so soft. He moved his hand in my hair and kissed me passionately. Thousand of things were running in my mind but I was lost in him. This was the best thing happening to me. It felt so right. I had never kissed anyone in my life this way, there was so much need and passion in the way he moved his mouth on mine. I felt weak on my knees. It was like he couldn't get enough of me. The kiss was becoming more and more urgent. He wrapped his free arm around my waist pulling me closer, our bodies pressing together. I wrapped my arms around his body. He slid his tongue inside my mouth and I could feel my entire body getting hot. I wanted more of him. He sucked my lower lip, gaining a soft moan from me.

He broke the kiss and took a step backwards. We both were breathing heavily. He looked at me and a silent tear escaped from my eyes before I could say anything I passed out.

Next morning when I woke up, my head was spinning very badly. Just then RK entered in my room with tray in his hands.

RK "Good Morning Madhu."

I spoke "Nothing is good in this morning."

RK asked confused "Why?"

I replied "My head is spinning very badly."

RK smirked "Ahaaan. Wanna have more glass of drink?"

I asked confused "What? Drink?"

He asked "Do you remember anything from yesterday night?"

I spoke "Ummm.. Ya I saw you with that bitc.." I bite my tongue I was about to say bitch? Why? Why was I jealous? Or still I am?

He asked confused "What?"

I spoke "Umm.. Nothing. I just remember that I went to counter for a drink and I asked him for a cold drink and after that I don't remember anything."

He asked "Are you serious that you don't remember anything or you are just pretending?"

I spoke "Why would I pretend anything? Did I drink yesterday?"

He said "Yes."

I spoke "What? Oh my God! I am just hoping that I haven't done anything wild because I can't control myself after drink."

He was not making eye contact with me. I don't know why?

He spoke looking somewhere else "You become little emotional. That's it."

I spoke "Oh I see. Hope I dint bother you much because when I become emotional I feel all alone and I ask for proof from people."

I burst out laughing because I knew when I become emotional I start feeling all alone and I start taking the loyalty test of people.

He dint laugh. His expressions were different. I could see guilt on his face. But why he is guilty?

I asked "Are you okay?"

He spoke "Umm no. Ya I am okay. Let me bring lemon water for your hangover."

He left the room. I went to washroom to freshen up myself. After coming out of washroom I saw a glass of lemon water was there on my table but RK was nowhere to be seen. I went downstairs but still I couldn't see RK anywhere. Bittu Ji was there. I asked him about RK's whereabouts.

I spoke "Good Morning Bittu Ji."

He replied "Good Morning Bhabhi Ji."

I asked "Where is RK? I can't see him anywhere."

He spoke "Bhabhi Ji, he went outside for some work."

I asked again "Oh.. When he'll be back?"

He spoke "No idea Bhabhi Ji."

I spoke "No problem. Thanks anyway."

I went back to my room. I dint know what should I do. Suddenly the land-line phone started ringing. I picked the call.

I spoke "Hello"

Caller spoke in husky tone "Hellooo"

I spoke "You? Where were you?"

Caller spoke "Yes me. I am here only."

I replied "RK don't play your stupid games. I am getting bore in this home all alone."

He spoke "Why alone? Bittu Ji is there for you."

I spoke "Shutup. Where are you?"

He replied "I am with my girlfriend."

I asked shocked "What the f**k? Are you cheating on me? I mean I am your wife and that too officially. I am sitting at home and you are roaming with her? Why did you bring me here then? I am going back to Mumbai. You can live with your girlfriend here. You are such a bas***d. You should have atleast wait till our divorce."

My blood was boiling. I was hell angry on him. How could he do that with me? I know we are not like normal husband and wife but still we are husband and wife. Aint we? If I'll go and roam with a random boy, won't he feel bad?

He spoke "Madhubala Kundra dont behave like typical wife.Anyway leave that. I need a favor from you. I forgot my important documents at home. Can you please bring those documents here?"

I asked annoyed "Me? Are you serious? Why would I do a favor on you? You can ask Bittu Ji."

He spoke "No Bittu Ji has to do some other work. So you have to come."

I spoke "I am not coming. You can come and take your documents yourself."

He spoke "I am busy and I don't have time to come at home."

I spoke "I don't care but I am not coming."

He spoke "I told you so you are coming here with those documents. And remember even I did favor on you last night."

I feel like killing him right now. I am sure he must be smirking now. He knew I'll definitely come there if he'll play emotional game with me and he did that only.

I asked "Where I have to come? And I don't even know anything here."

He spoke "You don't need to worry. Driver is waiting for you outside. And documents are in my room on my bedside table."

I spoke "Okay."

I hate him and see still I am doing his work. Weren't we friends? But see this idiot found his girlfriend and forgot his new friend. Such a Jerk.

I took documents from his room and went outside and saw driver was waiting for me. I sat in the car and driver drove off. We reached the destination in half an hour.

It was his restaurant. I stepped outside and he was already waiting there with a smirk plastered on his face.

"Idiot"

He came towards me I handed him his documents and was about to leave when he spoke "Wont you meet my girlfriend?"

I replied "I am not interested."

He spoke "Oh please don't do this with me. You are my only friend here. Please just say hi to her and then you can leave."

I asked "Is she the same girl whom you were giving compliment yesterday?"

He spoke "Yes. She is the same girl. Isn't she hot?"

I replied sarcastically "Hot? Yea definitely she is."

She is everything but hot. Oh please.

He spoke "I have a great taste in everything."

I spoke "Really? Let me correct your sentence. You might have a great taste in everything except girls. You really have a bad taste in girls that's why you were going to marry Deepali and now your new girlfriend."

He spoke "Umm.. Something is burning. Oopss! I mean someone is burning."

I spoke "Oh please. Jealous and me? And that too from your stupid girlfriend."

He spoke "Let's go inside."

We stepped inside the restaurant and I couldn't believe my eyes what I was watching.
