Now that Geet too agreed for this marriage Maan wanted to talk with her...

He wanted to share a lot about him, his troubled life so far, and his disinterest in marriage...

And how she had changed everything, how he wanted to stop this marriage and all that had gone down the gutter after seeing her, how he wanted Geet to say yes for this marriage, and all about his likes and dislikes...his anger...everything...

And he also wanted to know about her, her dreams, her expectations from her hubby, her interests, and just anything she wants to share, he just wants to hear her voice, hear her blabbers, he has been lonely all these days, but now he is going to have someone to share his life with, ek saathi, ek dhost...

And as always Meera comes to his reacue...

Meera gives Maan Geet's number and asks him to talk with her...

Maan tries to call Geet...

Geet picks up the call...

Geet: halo

Maan hesitates for a moment and Geet cuts the call...

Maan calls back...

Now Geet sees the same no and gets irritated...

Ye kaun ho saktha?

Geet: halo

Maan still silent, just gone speechless hearing her voice...

Geet thinks that it's a wrong number...some jerk trying to create trouble...

Geet: you idiot, ullu ke patte, samajthe kya apne aapko? Romeo?

Geet starts calling him names...

Maan had to cut the call to save his respect...

After a while Maan calls her and before she could continue from where she left...

Maan: Geeet

Geet: tumme mera naam kaise patha?

Maan: Geeet, this is Maaan

Now Geet goes speechless and cuts the call...

Geet was not ready for any kind of relationship till the day before, and how could you expect her to chat with her would be just like that...

She is not prepared for this, she doesn't know what they have to talk about...

Maan has no idea about her and she too has no clue why she said yes to this marriage?

Maybe it's just a decision made in haste, for the fear about her getting married to some other stranger...

Though she had met him a few years before and known him as a tutor for a couple of days he is still a stranger to her...

She thought he is part of that computer centre and all of a sudden they say that he is not from Amritsar, he is a business man(?) from Delhi...

She didn't even know that it is Maan whom her family had fixed her marriage with till she saw him that day...at her home...

She never wanted to know anything about him...what they say? her life partner...

And that's something she will have to overcome, her avertion for marriage, her avertion for any relationship, that too something like marriage needs commitment and trust, she is not yet ready for such a big responsibility, till now she thought only about her future as Geet handa, her-self, there was no room for any guy in that, only her studies, her interests in travelling, and her passion had always been to explore more about the world...not about marriage and relationship...

She needs some time to accept the fact that she is realy getting married...

She saves his number as the wrong number...

Yes, he is the wrong number that crossed her line by accident and she has decided to get married to him...this is more like an accident than a proper arranged marriage, and both of them had not realy thought about getting married and now their fates collided and they have to continue the rest of the journey in each others company , they like it or not, they are destined to accept the other in their world which had revolved around them selves so far...

And Maan is not going to give up so easily...

He is determined to talk with Geet, whether she likes it or not, she is part of his life now and needs to know a few things about him...

Next day...Maan calls...

Brij takes the phone which Geet left on the couch...

Brij: Geeet

Wait, Brij finds the caller name as wrong no...

He is confused...

Brij: Geet, ye wrong no kaun hai? aur tum isske no ko save kyun karkke rakhi ho?

Geet: woh koi pagal mujhe bar bar phone karthe rehtha, mein bas usskke call ko ignore karne ke liye usska no ko save karkke rakhi hoon

Brij takes the call and gives some galiyan on his behalf...

That's it, Maan stops calling her...

Sagaayi ki tayaariyan ho rahe hai...

Maan just wants to talk with her...somehow...

Geet still doesn't talk a word with Maan...

One day...

Meera calls Geet and after a little chit chat she gives the phone to Maan...

Meera: tum bhi baat karo

Maan is embarrassed...

He knows that Geet would cut the call...

Maan snatches the phone and runs away...

Dev: hmm, ab Maan bhi sharmatha

Meera: hare Maan

Dev: ussko disturb mat karo

Maan: halo Geet

As usual Maan ke awaaz sunthe hi call ended...

Maan pretends to be talking...

Maan: mein badh mein baat kartha hoon

Meera: koi baat nahi tum baat karlo

Maan: nahi

Dev: chodo na, woh hummare samne baat nahi karna chahatha

Maan escapes...

After a couple of days Meera wanted to meet Geet...

She wanted to ask Geet about her dress and other things...

Geet had never thought about it...

She is yet to recognize the fact that she is getting married...

It's her wedding, and everyone is so excited but not our Dulhan...

She is still interested in playing with Gia and watching her favourite channel...

She is kind of avoiding it, she is scared to think about it...

Spending the rest of her life in some new place with some one she has barely known...

She is used to staying at Amritsar and she couldn't sleep for a week at Hoshiarpur...

Maybe the marriage tension, her frustrations, but she is still comfortable only at Amritsar...

Now she has to go to Delhi and share a room with this Maan...

Why is it that only the girl had to go to her sasuraal?

Why can't he come and stay with them at Amritsar? No no, she doesn't want him at Amritsar too, why is that she had to leave behind all her things, family, her room, her Gia and step into someone else's home? Hoshiarpur mein hi do din se zyada nahi rukhthi...ab Delhi mein hamesha mamesha ke liye rukhna haina? Aur wahan ka mohaal kaise hoga?

It is his house, his room and she would be tresspassing his private space, haina?

Geet also likes to have her own private space and she doesn't allow any one to enter it...

So Maan would also feel the same way, she is an unwanted intruder, haina?

Whatever it is, let me face it when the time comes, why worry about it now itself, let me enjoy the few days of my single life...this is precious, this will never come back...

She is almost got only a few days to live for her-selves, as Geet Handa...

Maybe she can join college at Delhi...

Par ussko bhi Maan ka permission lena padega hai kya?

Ab mein koi bhi decision kudh nahi le sakthi?

Itna din mabaap mere decisions lethe the ab pathi parameshwar?

As Geet keeps thinking about her married life at Delhi Maan is getting ready to meet her once again at Hoshiarpur...

Meera wanted Maan also to come with them...

After all Geet is his Dulhan, ussko bhi haq bantha haina sagaayi ki suit choose karne ki...

And Maan too wanted to talk with her in person...

Meera asks Maan to inform Geet that they are coming to Hoshaiapur next day...

Maan calls...and Geet is just scared...wrong no?

Ye bar bar mujhe call kyun karthe hai?

Abhi toh sagaayi bhi nahi hui hai?

Abhi kya baat kar sakthe?

She doesn't belive in lies, tum bahut sundar ho, you have beautiful eyes and blah blah...

That's too dramatic, ya phir " I Love You"...

Bas ek din dekh liya aur pyaar ho gaya? kaise?

Ab pyaar karein ya na karein shadhi toh karna hi padega, haina?

Or maybe she is in love and she doesn't realize it...she is still feeling shy...

Trying to avoid him...and doesn't know what he would expect her to speak with him...

Where to start and how to start?

As far as she knows from the movies she had watched it's always love at first sight and they just sing and dance around the world and Geet knows that it's for the viewers and not for the lovers...

That is also a business na?

Now she doesn't know to dance like those heroines...

She is more interested in the musis, the melody and not that fake filmy romance...

So why is he calling her again and again?

This is not a love marriage, so the elders will do the talking, haina?

Gia comes ...Geet signals her to come near her...

Geet gives the mobile to Gia...

Maan thinks that it's Geet...

Geet: haan, tumme yaad nahi, Dusht danav?

Gia remembers that Dhust danav who came to their house that day when Geet was so upset...

Gia is a little confused...why is he coming again?

Gia: Geet, woh Dhuu dhu ka matlab kya hai?

Ab Gia ko kaise bathayegi ki Dhust danav kaise hothe hai, she just tells her in simple words that Gia can easily understand...

Warna ye kal jaake apne friends ko bhi bathayegi, aur Preetho ko bhi...

Gia frightens...: kya?

She forgets about the call and throws away the phone...

Next day...

Geet has just come out of her shower and drying her hair...

Geet is alone with Gia...

Everyone is off to a godbarayi...

Geet likes this very much...no one to diosturb them...

They have planned to play the whole day...

The bell rings...

Geet goes to open the door...

Gia follows her...

Geet: kaun hoga? Humme koi disturbance nahi chahiye, haina?

It's Meera...Geet hides her shock and welcomes her in...

Abhi se Geet ko dominate karna chahatha?
