PRE DINNER :

Dinner !! A voice come from behind Khushi which made her jump on her seat. She sigh in defeat, and looked toward Payal, but Payal is in full mood of teasing her. They both went to have lunch.

Dinner!! he thought.. Arnav put the phone down, his smile still lingering even after her voice is gone. And that silly grin wouldn't seems to go away. He walk to the basin and dispose his coffee mug in it. And left the office immediately.

When Arnav reached to his house Aman was already sitting on his couch and watching television with least interest. What a night mare he became suddenly. Arnav thought, looking at him now is like looking some poster of colors and art. One day Aman just showed up in his parents house with a Tattoo on his neck. It was surprise for us and Everyone Of course. That was not enough when he joined the tattoo parlor near our locality, and now if you see him, he is like completely ink, and INK.. Dragon, flowers, fire, and god knows what else must be inside that shirt of His, its not he never showed him, it was Arnav never saw it with interest. But with his low neck he can easily see some thick branches of tree traveling from below to upward which end in the back of his neck, he sigh in defeat seeing his brother doing experiment on his body.

Arnav throw his bag on the nearby couch and pick up his phone and dial similar number and wait till someone receive on other end : Hi Man! Arnav greet him with excitement.

Someone seems to be very happy : Akash voice came with a chuckle.

Yeah, thing is like that only. Arnav went into the kitchen and open the fridge to bring out the chicken and put it in microwave for defrost. She is coming : Arnav inform him with a grin on his face.

I told you man, She will come: Akash replied.

Akash : Arnav pause while setting the functions on Machine : thanks for the idea. He said honestly.

Which one man, To take her with you or to call her for dinner?? Akash asked with humor in his Voice.

Both : Arnav only manage to say. After a pause he said : I don't know when you told me to approach her, I knew she will reject it, which she did too, but then I don't know, I want to take her Man, she deserve it, what ever happened in the past was not her mistake, she have to understand that. Arnav finish and lean on the counter watching the timer on the small screen.

I know man, and I know you even want little time out of this place, that why I suggest you all this. And see within two days you guys will be in Hawaii, enjoy your trip man. Akash said excitedly.

Of course man.. Arnav said with same enthusiasm.

Keep good care of her Arnav : Akash tone was hard, all the teasing and excitement evaporate from him within a second.

Arnav knows what he is saying, he knows who much Akash care for her, and he too care for her that much only : You don't have to say that Akash. Arnav manage to put out some words.

Then its great, so when is your dinner plan?

Tonight! Arnav said and in mean while microwave chime to announced chicken is ready to bring out. He cut the wire from electricity and bring out the heated chicken and keep it on the marble stand.

Oho great, have a nice evening. He wished and cut the phone.

Who's is coming? Aman asked him, who was already eavesdropping on the little to long conversation of them.

Khushi. He simply replied, taking out the ingredient which he will need for his chicken steaks.

Ohoo.. I would have guess that.. He said while punching buttons of remote.

Slow the damn voice man. Arnav shouted his lungs over the loud thumps of speakers, which was playing LADY IN RED.

Aman did bother his brother voice and punch more buttons of remotes. Arnav leave all the work and run after his brother. But Aman was much faster then Arnav. Arnav lungs got out of lungs, he stop in between his run and make himself comfort on the couch. Aman came behind him and punch his should on which he grab his hand and pull him on couch, Aman drop himself on this back and both brother laugh their heart.

So whats the plan for today? Aman Asked arnav after they catch their breath.

Nothing special, But one thing, keep your ass away from my house tonight. Arnav got up from the couch, and moved toward the kitchen.

Why?? Aman asked his back

Coz I said so. Keep your self away from my premises..

Umm.. He teased him.

Piss off.

But why she is coming?

Because I invited her.

Why so?

Arnav spin around to see his brother who immediately hide his grin on the name of surprise : Because we both are going to Hawaii day after tomorrow.

Aman mouth drops to the ground : F**k!! He swear. When? Why ? How did I don't know? Arnav neglect him and starts his work again. Are you making move on her? Aman asked in low voice.

Move on her? Move on His Khushi? It was the question even he wanted to know the answer, isn't she the same Khushi Who took his breathe away with just a single glance? Isn't she the same Khushi who make you laugh on parties and in the morning she even drag you to library. The same Khushi who's simplicity was the key every one fall head over heels for her, even HE himself. Her scent, her questions, her innocence, her devilish ideas, her mischievous comments, everything.. Everything made him crazy at that time and now also, is he trying to put move on her? When he realize he live with all of her, each and everyday, it was so late till then. But what now? Can he take this chance? Can he have it chance again? Or NO?

It is nothing like that Aman : he lied, he knows it is all like that, he want it to be like that. And you know she had very rough winter, so she deserve to have little fun. He sigh.

Okay bro! no worries with that, but even I know, how you feel about her : Aman knows his brother's feeling, it was not hidden to him, but he even knows his brother is A big time Jerk so he thought to worn him also : Just don't hurt her, she deserve to be happy. He patted on Arnav's back and tried to lighten the mood ; By the way, I am going out with Natasha, so you have whole night. He wink on which Arnav throw specula on him and both laugh on it.

Arnav resume his work on his chicken when the phone ring, he wipe his hand on towel, and pick up the phone, as he saw the caller ID his all anticipation and mood drown off. He wished he hadn't checked his mobile, he should be working in kitchen, not holding phone which he don't want to answer.

Hi ... he finally received the call, it is no use to avoid it, is it?

Hello Arnav, how are you?: A female voice greeted him.

I am fine Lavanya. He said.
