Khushi went to the Market and in a hurry she bought things written in the list that Anjali has given to the driver. And Finally asked the driver to go to AR.

Khushi was so lost in thought about Anjali that she didn't realise that the way towards AR has took more time than usual, and When she saw the way she got confused.. AR had a way from insides of the city but the road seemed to be the Outskirts of Delhi.

"Which way is this?" She asked the driver not wanting to show her nervousness.

"Madam the other way had a traffic jam and we'll just reach."

Khushi felt odd. An odd feeling was gripping her. And to add more The car broke down.

Driver got down to check what was wrong and told Khushi that it will need a mechanic and went away in search of one though Khushi stopped him but he didn't.

Khushi grabbed her Cell Phone and tried calling Arnav. She got down and kept calling Arnav but then she thought Maybe he was having shower and thought to call NK. She quickly dialed NK's number, and after three rings he picked up.

"He..Hello Nanheji.. Listen, the car has broken down. And This place seems like the outskirts of Delhi and Please tell Arnavji that if he can so send any other car or pick me up from this place." she quickly spoke not wasting a single minute. And Suddenly she heard the voice of bikes.

As she turned she saw some guys.. Who seem to be thugs accelerating their bikes.

"Khushi Ji-" She cut of NK and again spoke, "Nanheji please please do something" and whispered, "Humein Dar lag raha hai" (I'm Scared).

"Ok.. Khushi Ji stay Safe! I'm Coming!" Nk tried calling Arnav, but No one was attending the call. And Neither NK was at RM nor AR so that he could tell him. He quickly bid bye to his friend and thought to do something on his own.

Khushi was so scared and Seeing those thugs eyeing her she felt uncomfortable and moved towards the other side of the road, and Those guys got off their bikes seeing her move away and made their way to her. One of those men came forward and held Khushi's upper arm tightly making Khushi wince in pain, "Leave Me!!" she shouted at the man struggling to free herself.

Suddenly Someone behind Khushi came forward and Punched the man very badly, and the man let go off Khushi. Khushi looked at the person who came to save her was.. Karan. Arnav's business partner, Karan Singhania. she quickly thanked Devi Maiyya for sending him. Karan was beating the man with no mercy while the others had ran away in fear. The man has already fainted, but there was no stop for Karan. Khushi held his hand for stopping him, but Karan spoke first, "Khushi in the car.. NOW!" he ordered. And She moved back. And Karan realised what he said he quickly made his way towards the car and gestured her in as well.

"Are You Ok?" he questioned.

"Shukriya Karanji!" Khushi thanked him as he started the car.

"Anytime Mrs.Raizada. May i ask why were you alone at that road?" Karan tried all his best to keep his tone formal.

"Actually I was going to AR but the car broke down, and the driver was gone in search for a mechanic." Khushi told him, and Karan ran his hand in his hairs cursing someone under his breath. 'mechanic and that too in this area.. Well planned!' he thought.

"Oh. Well.. I'm also going to AR." he spoke, and she nodded.

They drive towards AR was very much in silence and It could be said as Karan's best day in all this time. At Least he got sometime to be with her. But kept cursing some people.

"So I heard you've joined AR?" Karan asked breaking the silence.

"Yes. As the Head Designer for this AR and Singhania's combined project in the Indian Couture Week." she replied with her sweet smile and Karan couldn't help but Smile seeing that angelic smile.

'How Life can be so ruthless. making people miss the big parts of their life. Not life.. Those people! Who love to snatch others happiness away!' he thought to himself.

"So we're going to work together. It would nice working with you" he said, and Khushi agreed, "Same here."

They reached AR and Khushi was about to get off when she heard him speak, "I hope you don't mind me calling you by your first name." Karan said wishing he could call her all the names he used to.. But! he came out of his thoughts when Khushi replied, "Oh No. You can call me Khushi. I prefer that" she said with a smile, and both entered AR.

As soon as they entered Karan was welcomed by Aman and led to the conference hall while Khushi went away to Arnav's cabin. He was pacing from one place to the other. She quickly went and hugged him.

"Khushi.. File?" she was stunned that he didn't ask weather where she was, but about the file.

"Woh.. " so much happened how could she remember where that mere file was! She felt angry but at the same time it was her fault.

"Arnav Ji I'll be there with the file." She said and went away. She went down towards Aman to ask him if he can help her as she did not remember about the file and if she started finding it so Arnav wouldn't take a time to turn into the ASR.

She went to Jhanvi, Arnav's P.A to ask and Arnav was about to enter the conference hall When Karan came in with the file in his hand, "Khushi.." Khushi and Arnav both turned towards Karan who was going towards Khushi with the file in his hand. "You forgot it in the car." He handed her the file.

Khushi felt relieved, "Thanks Karanji.. Thanks a lot."

And Both of them went towards the hall where a stunned Arnav was standing.

The meeting Started, and the major things were discussed. Singhania's Designer objected at the Western Collection Samples of AR and the Color selection and Arnav raised an eyebrow at Khushi.

"It is because we can't keep the same color tone in all the designs. if Bridal designs would be of bright colors then we need a change. and the light colors won't give the same look that we want in the light's pressure. so according to me the pale colors are better." Khushi shared her point, and The Other AR designer, Essel agreed with her.

Khushi waited for a reply, and she got one in the form of a simple nod. There was a competition that Karan or Arnav felt more proud of Khushi ? But All had the satisfactory in their eyes. and They resumed discussing further things and all.
