All four were in the classroom attending lectures. Though no one paid attention to what the professor taught, still all of them acted as if they are attentive.

Rey tired of paying attention to the professor texted Taani:

'Ready ho?'

Taani:

'For what?'

Rey:

'I thought you were gonna perform before us!'

Taani:

'Yes I will! But aaj hi?'

Rey:

'Haan! Tum chaho toh dance kal dikha sakti ho but names toh aaj hi submit honge! 😎'

Taani:

'Atcha buhbah theek hai! Aaj after lecture in rehearsal hall!'

Rey:

'Thank you sweetheart!'

Taani felt ticklish on reading sweetheart, but then she remembered that Mr. Flirt calls every second girl a sweetheart. She quickly brushed off those thoughts and continued to listen to the professor.

After the lecture Rey, Taani, Swayam and Sharon assembled in rehearsal hall.

"So Taani, are you ready?" asked Sharon excited.

"Stop making me nervous!" Taani pleaded.

"Which song will you perform on?" asked Rey playing with the remote of the music player.

"Actually, aaj tak sirf drum beats pe dance kiya hai" said Taani.

"Oh but humare paas toh iski CD nahi hai" said Swayam dropping his face.

"But we have an excellent drummer with us!" exclaimed Sharon.

Both Swayam and Sharon looked at Rey who gave them a NO look.

"Rey, you also play the drum?" asked Taani surprised.

"Yeah kabhi kabhi" Rey replied back.

"Will you play?" she asked again.

"Well umm.." stared at everyone's face and continued, "Alright will play it!"

Rey went to the drum system which was in one corner of the rehearsal hall. While Taani went in the centre. He started playing.

[Imagine SRK as Rey and Madhuri as Taani. In the movie both are in different halls. But here Rey and Taani are in front of each other. The small looks that are being given are to each other.]

Rey, Swayam and Sharon were mesmerized seeing Taani's dance. They applauded her and gave tight hugs.

"Kitna jhoot bologi!" said Rey.

"Jhoot?" she asked him back.

"Haan jhoot! Tumm kya bol rahi thi tumhe dance nahi aata, right?" he asked her with a wicked smile.

"Guys chodo na yeh sab! All of us are gonna perform this time! Its gonna be interesting!" said Sharon with a wide smile plastered on her face, while Swayam just stared at her dreamingly.

"What chod do! She lied to us. Aur friends kabhi jhoot nahi bolte. Iska matlab yeh hai ki tum hume apna friend nahi maanti!" said Rey.

"Aisa kuch bhi nahi hai!" said Taani in a pleading way, "and sorry agar tumhe bura laga" she said and frowned.

"Arre Taani mein bas mazak kar raha rha. Tumne toh mujhe seriously le liya!" saying this he giggled.

"Mein abhi Principal sir ko names submit karke aata hu" said Swayam leaving.

"Meine already kar diye hai!" said Rey.

"Mujhe bina bataye?" asked Taani shocked.

"What bina bataye! Tumhe bataya toh tha that you are participating and you had agreed!" said Rey.

"Agar tum sabko mera dance pasand nahi aata, toh kya tum jaake mera naam cancel kar dete?" she asked.

"Pasand kyun nahi aata?" Rey asked her.

"Imagine na!" she snapped.

"Taani jab tum sube dance ke baare mein bol rahi thi tabi you had a spark in your eyes, jisse mujhe, infact hum sab ko pata chal gaya that you can dance very well. Isliye meine names submit kar diye. Sorry if you felt bad" said Rey.

Taani just stared at him and tried to digest what he said. Rey felt that he crossed his limit because of her silence.

"Taani, I'm really sorry" he said making a puppy dog face.

"Rey mein naraz nahi hu. Its just that no one has ever complimented me in this manner about my dance." she said.

"Obvious si baat hai! Reyansh Singhania jaise koi kisi bhi beautiful girl ko compliment kar hi nahi sakta!" said Rey and gave his cool and sexy smile.

Taani couldn't resist and she smiled back at him. Her smile revealed something else too, which went unnoticed by Rey, but Sharon seemed to have seen the slightest blush appearing. But she didn't think over it.

"Guys lets leave. College waise bhi khatam ho gaya hai and there is no extra work now" said Swayam.

"Chalo chalte hai! Khushi se bhi milne jaana hai. Promise kiya tha usse" said Rey.

"Rey mjhe bhi Khushi se milna hai. Even I'll come" said Taani.

"Even we'll join you" said Swayam and Sharon together.

Thay all left to meet Khushi.
