Prologue...

She was there to make her identity , and to fulfil her Mom's dream .

He was there to enjoy his dreams. His identity is his father.

They have attitude bigger than them .

They collide , they shattered.

She gathered herself and come again with an aim . He gathered himself .. but lost and restless ..

She is eager to punish . He is eager to get himself punished..

They are poll apart ...

But there is One thing which is binding them together...

The Punishment

What will happen if they'll collide again...?

She was living in Yash's house from few weeks almost a month. She was feeling little better now but lose of her academic year paining her. She was losing her confidence and fearing to go out. She had informed her father that she was living in a friend's house as a PG and this family belongs to defence so that he didn't make any objection. She was thinking that how long she could hide this truth? She has to do something but what?

It was the 2nd week of Aug and she was searching for some overseas universities and some defence services examination where she can apply. Then her eyes caught something interesting. It was the result of Prelims exam of Civil services which she gave in the month of may. That time she filled the form and applied online just for fun because it is the highest ranking exam. She just wanted to test her ability and after one month she gave the exam which was in 1^st week of May. Now the result was out. She opened the result page and tried to find out if she has cleared it or not because she was not very sure and not even interested in these services. She reluctantly took out her admit card and entered her no. Yes ..yes she is there, she cleared it and then she checked her score ... WOW!! She scored very well.. above 70%.

She ran to inform Yash and his Mom about it and when they heard this they hugged her. Yash lifted her and twirled her in happiness. This was the first moment when they were watching her laughing like this after so many days. Yash Mom was just pouring out her love on her. She encouraged her to work hard for Main exam. Yash suggested her to take coaching for better preparation. They had a beautiful evening after many days.

Yash informed Meera and Pari about Geet success. They too were very happy and said that they will come to meet her TM.

After dinner she was in her room and thinking about the present situation. She can't live like a burden on others, they are helping her and supporting her but how long? If she took this opportunity, she could solve the other. She thought for a long time and decided something. She was looking at her result page on her laptop, search more about this and Log in for further steps on the Web site given there. She slept very late after finishing her work with a determination.

Next Morning...

It was early morning she got up with the musical voice of her alarm which was set in her BB. She pray to God and dial her father's number, the bell was ringing there and she was biting her nail here then she heard a reply and she shut her eyes for a second, composed herself and replied back...

Geet: Hello Paa ... how r u? ( Mr. Mohinder Singh Handa was on d other side. He was so happy after listening her voice).

Paa: Hi beta, I am fine and how r u?

Geet: Paa i want to talk to something very important and i hope u understand me and support me. ( she spoke in a low tone).

Paa: sure Beta, Kya baat hai?

Geet: Paa, i cleared my civil services prelim exam with a good score and i want to go for main exam.

Paa: What!! It's too good dear, congrats beta... When you gave that exam?

Geet: In May, Wo esse hi On line apply kiya tha just to check my capability, i was not serious that time.

Paa: Now what do u want?

Geet: I want to try for this, it needs thorough study and i want some coaching too.

Paa: You want to drop college?

Geet: Yes, hope u don't mind.

Paa: hmmm.. Prelims score kitna tha?

Geet: Above 70%.

Paa: Very good, Geet if u want to take chance then go ... but you need to work hard, it's very tough.

Geet: Yes, i know but i want to... 1 chance.. agar nahi hua to mai CDS ke liye apply ker doongi ya overseas try kar loongi.

Paa: OK, all the best. And inform me if you want anything.

Geet: Thank you so much Paa. I am going to withdraw my name from college. I will call u if needed. I have to find out some coaching Institutes.

Paa: Ok, Bye beta and take care. Congrats once again. ( He can't refuge her demand, he lost that right because of his negligence. She was living a lonely life away from him all because of him).

Geet: Thanku Paa, thanks a lot.

She cut the call and took a long breath in relief. One biggest prob solve. Now she can think straight.

She thought that it's no use to waste the year, she can use it in this way and can make her busy in a different atmosphere.

She called Yash Meera and Pari on a conference call and chatted with them and inform them about her father's convo with her. They were very happy that now no need to lie further and the road is clear to take next step which was decided.

Next day when she was searching the syllabus for main exam she got a call and this was from a well known coaching institute. She cut the call. She was very tired and decided to take some rest.

Her thoughts chain broke with the continuous ringing of her phone. She saw the screen and replied with a pointed eyebrow.
