Nutritionist Shobha Rajgopal suggests:
Her selection of veggies and meat is perfect. But she could include 2 jowar/bajra rotis, or steamed brown rice, or 2 slices of whole wheat bread. Eating a more substantial meal prevents binge-eating later.
