Sorry for the late update again! I really hope you enjoy this one.. it is a little sad but it is very common in parties in today's era and I am trying to portray the life Navya is facing in the US! There will be a few twists but soon I will be bringing Navya back to Mumbai to focus on Navya and Anant's relationship and what effect it has had on them! So stay tuned! Part 26

Raj smiled and laughed. "Are we going to stand here all night long? Or are we going to celebrate Dr Navya's birthday?!" they all bought Navya inside and she met all of her guests who wished her a happy birthday. She was really happy but her mind always diverted back to her days in Mumbai.

She smiled but a few tears built up near her eyelids. She stood in a corner of the room and looked at the view outside the window of the sky scrapers running around the penthouse. She closed her eyes and remembered the picnic that they had together. She remembered her times with Anant and wondered why he hadn't called her. But she hadn't checked her phone. Her phone had 20 missed calls from Anant. Just then her friends came towards her to bring her to have a dance. "No no.. let me just chill out!" she said. But they didn't listen. All of Navya's favourite songs played and she enjoyed herself. She danced and partied with all her friends for around an hour just then a group of boys walked in. They were also attending the party.

But they weren't of Navya's friends but of Shreya's friends. She greeted them and introduced themselves to Navya. "Hey Navya.. I'm Sameer!" he was a nice guy but the boy with him was constantly looking at Navya strangely. He was a guy called Amit. "Hey darling I am Amit.. Happy Birthday" Navya was a little uncomfortable by his greeting she gave an unsure smile and tried to move away. The party continued and it was time to cut Navya's cake. "Come on Navya cut the cake!" her friends told her. She nodded and Shreya and Anjali took her towards the table where the cake was.

Everyone was cheering and then the lights dimmed. There was a light reflection where Navya was seen smiling in front of the candles.

Everyone sang "Happy Birthday to you!" "Happy Birthday to you" "Happy Birthday Dear Navya" "Happy Birthday to you" "WOOO!" A loud cheer with claps as Navya blew out the candles for her cake. Everyone clapped and she fed the cake to Shreya, Anjali and Raj her closest friends. A lot of her friends wanted to take pictures with her and that continued to happen. Navya was happy and the DJ called her to dance with her friends. "COME ON GUYS THREE CHEERS FOR THE B'DAY GIRL!" the DJ announced.

Navya danced with her friends to the fullest. Amit was watching her dance and he sneered. "Now it will be fun!" he went to the bar and got a drink. All of Navya's friends respected Navya's decision of not drinking because she was strictly against it. The drink was a soft drink but he added something to it. He went towards the dance floor with the drinks and gave it to all the girls but the drink that was spiked was Navya's. "Hey Girls, here are all of your drinks... this one is for you Miss Navya! I know you dont drink so a soft drink!" Navya smiled and took it. She drank it quite quickly because she was thirsty from the dancing. She had a surge of excitement and continued to dance with her friends.

The effects were sudden. She started feeling dizzy and her head felt very heavy. "Shreya... come with me!" she dragged her off the dance floor and went to a corner. "I'm gunna sit out for a while you go again.. I feel a little dizzy!" Shreya didn't think much of it and went back to enjoy. Navya sat on the chair and her eyes were going completely funny. Amit saw her sitting out and approached her. He held her shoulder and she jumped. "Navya are you okay?" he knelt down to her height and smiled. She didn't respond. He tried to hold her hand but she pushed him away. "Go away!" it was the effects of the spiking. He smiled and thought "It's working" he looked at her. "Let me help you!" he made her stand up and took her to a room.

"Here lie down here if you want!" she slowly went towards the bed. Amit followed her. He held her hand tightly. "Let me go!" she replied but he pulled her towards him and tried to kiss her. He tried kissing her cheeks but she was resisting his every move. "You are so beautiful.. I have finally got hold of you baby!" he whispered. Just then the door opened. It was Raj. "Get off her you idiot!" he grabbed Amit and pulled him off her. "Navya are you okay?" he made her sit down on the bed. He grabbed the collar of Amit and dragged him out of the room. "GET OUT!" Raj shouted. "ALL OF YOU!" they were all shocked and the music and dance stopped. Shreya and Anjali were shocked. "Raj what's up?" Anjali asked. "Navya isn't well she is in the room!" They both left to see her .

"I am really sorry everyone but please can you leave the party!" everyone was disappointed but they left. Raj pinned Amit to the wall. "What do you think you are doing? HEY!" he grabbed him tightly and he was struggling to breath. He punched him in the face leaving him in blood and threw him out of the pent house. "Idiots!" Raj punched the wall and ran to the bedroom. "Navya!" Raj looked at her as she was sitting their nearly faint. "Shreya lay her down!" Raj checked her pulse and tried to find the problem with her. "We need to take her to the hospital!" Raj picked her up in his arms and the three of them took her to the hospital.

Raj drove as fast as he could. "Shreya keep her head up!" he was instructing them from his mirror. He got her out of the car and placed her on a hospital bed. "Dr Jones... Dr Navya is serious.. we need to get her checked up.. I think her drink has been spiked with drugs it is in her system!" Raj wore his coat and rushed her to the emergency ward. Raj and another doctor operated on her. "Dr Raj she has been injected with ecstasy but she should be okay.. it will take 12 to 72 hours for her body to become normal again!" they took a few tests and matched the results. "You have bought her here at the right time... if you were late the situation could have been worse!" Raj looked at Navya. She was wearing an oxygen mask and still unconscious. He went outside to inform Shreya and Anjali. They were shocked and wanted to see her. They met her. "We are so sorry Navya.. we couldn't look after you because of the party!" Shreya started crying. Anjali tried to compose her.

Precap: Raj was checking her to see her improvements. He was just leaving when Navya held his hand. He was shocked to see her awake. "Navya!" she smiled at him.

So Navya is being nostalgic and feely on Anant even after being with her friends at a party. awww so party dance music and navya cheering for her friends haan. yeah Amit is sick to indulge in these nasty acts and made navya dizzy. loved the way Raj at a ry8 moment and rescued navya. so navya is being injucted with drugs. precap seems good
