Chetan tries different tactics with Rashi in a bid to win their battle. He calls her for dinner to his house where he gets drunk and she rummages through his files. Sanjana invites Deepankar for dinner, he agrees. Chetan psyches Aditya that Priyanka is paying for everything because she wants to have an affair with him.

Rashi has invited Chetan to dinner without informing him that Mayank will join them to discuss the presentation ideas. Chetan babbles on and irritates Mayank – and ends up picking the tab for dinner. At dinner, Priyanka innocently asks him the same questions that Chetan had predicted and freaks him out completely. Priyanka introduces Aditya to Varun, her fianc. Deepankar meets Sanjana at a hotel room and discovers that he has to pay for sex. The girl he has to see the next morning turns out to be Sanjana. __________________
