Episode 148-150 :
If there had been instances when we have some questions and wonder when was that question askes we can reflect back to this episodes.
- Introduction of NK : So he was Akash and Arnav's cousin coming from Sydney. He was someone who spoke broken English. However inspite of that when he congratulated Arnav on getting someone whom he would like and fall in love with a second after making a mistake of congratulating him for his upcoming nuptials he won our hearts. It showed a person who could make a person smile on an issue which was always causing him troubles and distress.
- Why was Arnav jealous of NK : It showed probably well from the first instance when he encountered Khushi having a hand shake with NK. He had previously seen Khushi in his office and had seen his employees giving her preference like in the photoshoot the photographer listening to her. He had seen Khushi in salam e ishq song dance with others, he had seen her encounters with Akash and even Shyam. However none of them had he seen make her happy when she was introduced to them. No wonder he was so angry he called his employee Khanna for Jazz. My daughter was taking Jazz classes and in her pre Jazz class her teacher told them, "In jazz you think of all the anger you have in mind and change that into a rhythm in dance and so it is very fast." So I was a little upset when our Arnavji did not have Jazz but something like ballet in his PAYASH party. Anyways Khanna may not have known the abc of jazz and ballet.
- Why did Khushi get along well with NK : Maybe because she saw someone who was easygoing like herself, someone who loved chocolates, someone who also could bring smile to other faces like her and mostly probably because he was the first man her laad governor had introduced to her and she trusted her Arnavji.
- When were the three brothers together enchanting: When they were arranging Payash marriage, they all showed their own self. Arnav as his angry avatar, Akash a romantic nice person who was highly appreciating his brothers' interference in bringing him and Payal closer: Arnav by arranging a party for him and NK by convincing Khushi to make Payal happy in Arnav's party.
- Why did Khushi not tell Arnav about Shyam : This was a man who in front of her appeared to be dependent on his wife for money, who was not happy because his wife ruled even the color of the dress he wore and threw flowers away because they were cheap. So this instances may have brushed a soft corner in Khushi, and she thought genuinely that Shyam was not happy in his marriage. So she did not tell Arnav even once of all the mishandling she was getting from him during the Payash wedding preparations.
- Why was Arnav called Nanav : This was probably a secret and as NK revealed that to Khushi during the kidnapping track. Arnav used to call himself Nanav and everyone around him used to call him that. However as he grew up everyone around him stopped calling him that except NK because he loved seeing Arnav irritated more when he was called that then anything else in his life. For example even in kidnapping track he was more irritated when NK came and wished Khushi and called him Nanav then the situation at hand of revealing of Shyam's misdeeds.
- Where did the issue of chameli ka tel come first : How can we IPKKND lovers forget that Akash was allergic to Chameli ka tel, and Khushi had put this Chameli ka tel in Arnav's wardrobe to irritate him.
- When was the first Payash and Khushi and NK outing : This was evidently the first Payash date and the subsequent ones were during the kidnapping. It was evident that Payash was not comfortable in her dates with Akash but she did not want to reveal that to him. It was also at the same time the only date between Khushi and NK.
- Was Khushi more important to Payal then Akash : Evidently Khushi was much more important to Payal then Akash. This was probably only one of the first examples. She was in her first date with Akash and all she could think was Khushi, the fact that she was hurt, the fact that she was not there and the first genuine smile in her lips came after her introduction to NK in Khushi's context.
- When did Buaji first say laad governor to Arnav : On the day of ARSHI remarriage buaji had asked Khushi what she called Arnav and Khushi told buaji she called him laad governor. So evidently during Payash wedding preparations buaji had not connected the dots that laad governor had a deeper meaning
- Who was more important to Khushi, Payal or Arnav : This was some question whose answer I never was able to get, and not even when we saw the last of Payal. Khushi was all set into going to the cocktail party until Arnav said he had not invited her. However when Arnav said he had not, she did not sulk and tell Payal about her conversation with Arnav signifying Arnav was more important to her. At the same time she did go again at NK's bidding and when she saw Payal was unhappy signifying she gave more preference to Payal's happiness then Arnav.
When writing this analysis I was smiling because these episodes were hilarious, from NK's muga ka pooch, saying barande- barmuda, confusing socks with Jilebi, saying parjayije harjayige, and the list goes on. This probably had the same effect on Mamaji when he tells his wife- Bante hain saas aur samajhtehe apne apko Khaas (You think you are getting young when you are becoming a mother in law). The episodes also reminds of Khushi's outrage on Arnav, " He can not smile." This showed he not only could not smile had an aversion to having fun. No wonder he invited business associates in Payash's cocktail party. Probably this episodes just showed what NK had and Arnav did not to make Khushi happy.
