PART 17

Her head was paining very badly. She blinked her tiny sparkle eyes trying to figure out the sight as everything is so blurred. Her hand automatically reached her temples..she slowly massaged them and sat on the bed leaning on the head board..she glanced at the room'it totally looked like her room in hope..and her glance stopped at a figure near her bed , sleeping with her head on the bed..her blur vision cleared and she can clearly see that its her kushi didi'her throat dried of thirst and she tired to get hold of the glass'her hands were too weak to hold anything. She lost the balance and the glass fell down.

Kushi woke up with a jolt and saw tinky conscious. Instantly she hugged her and cried her heart out. It was all because of her. If anything happened to tink, she would never ever forgive her self. Tinky too wrapped her tiny arms around kushi's neck. She is so guilty about what she has done. How could she disobey her did's words? They pulled back from the hug. Tinky was bout to tell something but kushi stopped her placing her palm on tinky's lips. She walked to the water jug and made tinky drink the water. And later she made her lie down but tinky held her both ears with her head down..she is so guilty of everything..she whispered

Tinky: im sorry didi'

Kushi broke out again and hugged her patting her hair

Kushi: no..im sorry tinky'didi is so sorry'

Tinky hugged her back as tightly as she could feel all her didi's warmth. But one thing she is not sure of. How she is brought here? As far as she remembered those bad guys did not leave her..but what happened after that..sensing tinky not hugging her kushi pulled back..tinky asked with a frown

Tinky: didi, how come im here? Who brought me here?

Those questions led kushi to the events what happened the before night. How arnav ji saved her..how he was hurt, how kushi searched for tinky, how he brought back tinky like an angel, how he cared for her just with his single touch and the most shocking thing, how he hugged him..her tears on his shirt and his palm caressing her hair..she literally feel all his warmth in his thoughts..her flooded emotions were disturbed by tinky

Tinky: bolo naa didi..?

Kushi stammered..shivers expanded in her even while uttering his name

Kushi: voh'arnav ji saved you from the goons..

Tinky eyes opened wide and she squealed

Tinky: what??? Nannav bhaiyya!!! But how come..

Kushi interrupted tinky not wanting to continue the conversation about him

Kushi: tinky u need to rest, I will warm up the water for your bath..u sleep now..

She hurriedly kissed her on the forehead and ran from there, unknowingly bumping into esther.

Esther: kushi beti, kya hua? Sab tik hai?

Kushi nodded, she was heavily sweating and her breath was in high rate.without even listening to anything what esther was saying kushi ran from there but esther called her again

Esther: kushi, did u forget? Today there is a special prayer for young nuns. U have to be on time. You are already getting late.

Kushi clutched her head in realization. How could she forget?

Kushi: ji maa ji, I will be in the chapel within a few minutes.

With that she ran from there, she have many things to do and she is running out of time

It was indeed a fresh morning, everything is new..the sun seemed brighter than every day and the morning wind felt so refreshing. The birds chirping sounded like a melody. May be its all because of LOVE..a magic which changed him..ASR to arnav. Arnav listening to the songs gelled his hair and trimmed his beard. Somehow he felt like he is looking dashing today. He is no more a man who built walls over his heart, as his angel has already arrived and broke all his darkness..he breath in the coll air..from today everything is new. This is a new BEGINNING

Anjali was waiting for her brother since a 10 minutes. Never she had seen him getting ready this long. And there he comes, butting his cuff and as as usual with his blue tooth. But today there is a fresh glow on his face may be cos of love..thinking all this Anjali's baby bounced in her belly..

Arnav: good morning di!

He said with a broad smile. Anjali smiled back and served the break fast as nani and mami were out!

Arnav: yeah aman..cancel all the meetings which were to be held in the morning. I will be late to office..yeah..bye

Anjali: tum kahin jaare chote? She asked with her brows raised up

Arnav having his toast replied

Arnav: yea di..voh..i think I should go and check on tinky once..i mean after yesterday ..

Before even he could continue Anjali replied playfully

Anjali: oohhh!! But chote? You are going to meet tinky or tinky's didi?

A blush appeared on arnav's face and his lips curved into a smile. without even facing anji, he took his laptop and left the room saying

Arnav: see you soon di!!

Anjlai giggled and silently prayed that her chote should be happy like this..forever!

The chapel was totally accommodated. All the nuns from other churches arrived. Kushi stood among them , her eyes closed, trying to figure out the things in her life..what is actually going on? She is taking correct steps? This man is turning her world upside down.

Arnav arrived HOPE. He was about to turn towards the dormitories but the sweet music form the chapel distracted him. He started walking towards the church following the music

The song gave him a peace. He settled on the nearby bench trying to get into the song...the song goes " I will devote myself" what if kushi is so stubborn in her decision? Will his love win? Or will she leave him? All the thoughts occupied his mind but her brushed off'he have to think positive

He waited for her to come out. He saw some of the nuns coming out. They were young too. Just like kushi. They were all were in the nun tunics. He never knew that wearing it was a compulsion. But he hasn't seen kushi wearing it. He can't even imagine her in such an attire...he rubbed his finger on his temples. What had fate done with him? Making him revolve around the earth and finally brought him to his angel...his kushi..Who is a nun..Fortunately or unfortunately

He just sat with his gaze totally concentrated on the door of the chapel..he can't wait to see her..she was so upset yesterday..is she fine or not?

Kushi took a deep sigh'what's her life leading to?? Is she taking correct steps? Why isn't she unable to understand herself? She did a mistake ..of hugging..a man..this is not right..not at all right..she tried very hard to brush of the images flashing before her..she has committed a sin which is making her feel guilty...She opened her eyes from prayer..she took the communion and prayed for the last time'she is kushi , just kushi'.and there are only two things in her life'..JESUS and HOPE'..she will never leave them'she will never betray them..Arnav ji is no one..Just a common man, who sank in the dark of his past. She just met him to give him hope. That is the purpose and everything is done now'and the hug and their intimacy, it means nothing..She made up her mind. She will no more think about of him'she took a deep breath and made up her mind. The prayer was done and she made her way out along with the others..

Arnav sat still waiting for her to come out and there he saw her..she was walking lost in her thoughts. She did not notice him but he saw her. Today she was totally different. She had worn a long white tunic covering her all arms. There is no chance for any of her skin to expose out. Her hair was pinned into a neat bun and totally covered until her eyebrows with a cloth cap. Her neck adorned with a long simple cross chain.

Even before he could call her, she took her way towards the rooms. In the order of following her arnav bumped in to buaji. She glared at him and asked him in her typical rash language

Buaji: oye babua? Tum yahan kya karrahi ho??

Arnav stammered. He is stuck and that too with buaji. Now how should he escape? He managed to answer

Arnav: voh buaji..actually I came to check on tinky.s he was unconscious yesterday na..so I thought..

But buaji interrupted raising her voice

Buaji: you brought her back..that's it. It mustn't bother you anymore!

Arnav was tongue tied..before buaji can accuse him esther interrupted them

Esther: aree, arnav beta what are you doing here?

Esther smiled gracefully and patted his head. She noticed buaji fuming and asked

Esther: madhu'ab kya hua?

Buaji galrin at him, her nose flaring replied

Buaji: ask him..he is always seen here..what does he want now?

Esther tried to calm her and listened to arnav and replied

Esther: madhu..he just came to see tinky. What's wrong in that?

Buaji nodded her head negatively clutching her head. No one ever listens to her..

Esther: tinky is sleeping in her room arnav, you go up..if once she come outside she will start playing and then no one can stop her..but buaji shouted

Buaji: maa ji, he cannot enter the dormitories..outsiders are not allowed to enter..

Esther: arnav is not an outsider anymore..he is our family..

She said pointing at him

Esther: you go in arnav...climb the stairs and tinky's room is in second floor at the corner

Arnav nodded and walked out fastly avoiding buaji daggers.

Kushi headed towards her room lost in her thoughts. The tunic is so heavy on her and it was so suffocating. She has to change it as soon as possible. She walked in her room and did not lock the door. She never lock it cos tinky comes whenever she want so she don't have to knock the door. She closed the door slightly and grabbed a white suite.

Arnav reached the second floor but he did not understand which the room was. As far as he remembered esther had told him corner..but which corner? He stood for a seconds not knowing what to do. He found the right corner room isolated and a bit opened. He walked towards it. He didn't knew it was tinky's room or not, but the room attracted him. He knocked the door a little but there was no response. he pushed it a bit and the door opened wide.

Hesitatingly he stepped in. the room was so colorful with bright curtains and fairy lamps. There is a huge teddy bear at the corner of the bed. There were many paintings hanging out in the room. He stood amazed. The room seemed so lively and animated. It was full of life..while he was looking over all the paintings , his hand accidently touched a flower vase and it fell down

The sound of the broken vase alarmed kushi. for a moment she concentrated and she heard some footsteps in her room. Is it tinky or someone else? If it's tinky she would have definitely called her even kushi is in wash. Kushi hurriedly draped her sari. Her hair was half removed from the bun and all mess. She fastly draped the cloth around herself not even bothering about the drapes.

Arnav was still looking at all the paintings, taking his step backwards. Kushi opened her door and ran out, and her pallu got entangled and she stepped on herself. She was about to fall and hit a strong broad body. She prepared herself to fall on the ground but a strong pair of hands grabbed her waist. Her eyes shot up wide and shocked to see him..arnav ji. Their eyes met and the sparks fly. She was just so lost. Arnav..finally he has seen her. He gripped her waist not letting her fall and protecting her. They heard the same tune, listening each others heartbeat not even realizing that tinky stood at the door with her hands on the waist and mouth wide enough for mosquitoes to enter
