i am extremely sorry for my super late update , my exams kept me busy by next week i will my exams will get over and if i atleast manage to pass in all subject though i know it is impossible as i joined the school a week ago but still if i am able to pass i promise to give a triple update after my results are out and so here i present the third chapter of "REALITY CHECK" so enjoy A hot sultry noon . not a cloud in the sky . the sun scorched grass looks dismal and hopeless . even if it would rain it will not turn green any more . the city stood silent and motionless as if it was waiting for something , here in the apartment everything was arranged this was the most auspicious day in her life she was finally going to live her dream it was her marriage day as she sat on the room waiting for her call , how cruel God was to her , that she was unable to see how beautiful she looked, in a bright red lehenga with very less jewels yet her body glowed with the rays of sun a light make up on her face and a heavy veil on her head as she twisted her figure in the lehenga end her face turned into the shades of pink as she heard the door knob turned , her heart skips beat as she was aware of the person but suddenly a stranger fragrance filled the air , one she could never be mistaken fear had already made its place in her heart as she stood up , her heart beating faster than ever as she shook in fright and asked in a quivering voice
MANYATA:who is there ?
There was no response just the sound of footsteps that got closer to her , while she stepped back the chase stopped as she fell a havy breath on her neck as an evil grin appeared in his face as he proudly announced
UDAY:happy married life RAJKUMARI MANYATA
Her blood froze her assumption was right it was none other that the devil himself knocking at the doorsteps and now even worse he knew her real identity , she was rooted to the ground she knew death was coming her way but still she made a last attempt to turn the fate
MANYATA:no I am no princess just a common girl and who are you?
UDAY;aha impressive so you too know how to play games of wits and as for my introduction I know that you are aware so just stop this games and lets talk about something that interest me ''.like you
MANYATA:what do you mean by that ?
UDAY: well princess what I mean is that you are getting married to me and not to akash
MANYATA: and who are you to decide that
Saying this she tried to walk cross him but he held her wrist and he pinned her to the nearest wall and spoke under his breath
UDAY;you are mine only i can claim my right on you , princess you will marry none but only me
she struggled but he was far too strong as tears rolled her cheek and she said
MANYATA:please uday leave me please i have to go akash is waiting for me it our marriage and that is the truth i am getting married to him
the fierce lion was pocked by her such word as he moved his hands over her face wiped the tear drop and with his signature smirk concluded
UDAY:no way you are marring none but me and now i will claim you fine forever
Before she could even react to his statement she a handkerchief over her mouth a one which was drugged as by the first smell she felt herself drizzy and closed her eyes , while uday took her covered her with a black burkha and he himself covered from head to toe with a black shawl and slipped out of the crowded apartment without any one noticing them as all were busy with the marriage preparation
The time had finally arrived , as the girls were sent to bring the bride downstair , akash sat there excited it was the most happiest day of his life but he was not aware of the deadly sudden storm that came into his life as jai came down with a letter in her hands , her face turned pale they understood the depth of the situation and stood up as akash took the letter and anger replaced his face as he read
"akash verma I am yuvraaj uday veer singh and today I am taking away the thing that belongs to me , I am very thankful to you for taking care of both the princess of Devgarh but it is time they return to the place they belong to as for manyata she is with me and I assure you that we will have a happy life as in the history never did a royal wed a commoner so how can it happen this time and do send jai as I do not want to drag her and create a hatred in the little one heart spend her with jaggat and onces again just a reminder your account will be flooded with money for the help you showed towards royals "
He crushed the letter and threw the paper on the floor as jaggat headed towards them innocent of the entire situation and asked
JAGGAT:what is the matter akash bhai?
she had fire balls in her eyes as she screamed
JAI:jaggat it is all your fault and i will never forgive you for that i hate you
JAGGAT: but what did I do ?
She picked the letter and handed him as his eyes almost fell off from his socket and said with fright
JAGGAT:jai trust me I had no idea about this he just offered me
JAI: money and you got ready to spy for him right
JAGGAT:no no no please trust me
He was cut short as her hands smacked his face and said with eyes full of tears
JAI;don't you dare utter that word ever again I trusted you but you sold my trust for money
Just then akash 's hand was on jai shoulder as he spoke coldly
AKASH:I think you should go back to the place you belong Rajkumari Jainandini
