Chapter 13
Khushi's eyes started flickering. Everything was blurry...Ahhh...what was that...Her head was banging, literally!
Khushi struggled to open her eyes fully. After trying for a while she finally opened them properly but the the headache was still there.
Khushi tried sitting up but she failed and when she thought of giving up, two strong hands came and held her shoulders softly and made her sit up on the bed.

Arnav was downstairs in the living room, watching TV but his mind was still revolving around Khushi.
How things had changed so fast.
Just some time ago, they were full on enemies, ready to strangle each other at any chance they got, insulting each other and today...they shared something so intimate.
Anyway, it had almost been three hours since Khushi had slept and she would be waking up any minute now.
So, The Arnav Singh Raizada for the first time went into the kitchen. After struggling a little, found a tray and a glass, he then opened the refrigerator and got the juice out and poured it in the glass. He then kept the glass in the tray and headed upstairs to his room.
When he opened the door he saw Khushi struggling to sit up and so he immediately put the tray on the glass table and ran to help her.
Arnav gently helped Khushi get up. Khushi sat up using Arnav's help and as soon as she sat up, she held her head tightly wanting the throbbing to go away.
"Khushi, take the juice and these tablets, they'll help you feel better" said Arnav with concern as he watched her hold her head.
"Why I'm I having a headache...and why are we here...wait...what place is this?" Khushi instantly fired Arnav with her stored up questions as she gulped the last sip of the orange juice.
Arnav's eyebrows raised while he asked her mischeviously "Ohhh...so Khushi do you not remeber anything?"
"I...I...wait" Khushi started concentrating on the past few hours trying to remember something and as her eyes started to get wider and wider Arnav understood that she remembered most of the things.
Khushi's eyes were about to pop out and her mouth was hanging in the air making an 'O'. She remembered how she drank those red drinks, how she embarrassed Annie, how she chucked Armav's phone out of the car, how she demanded him for a kiss...Ufff Khushi since when have you become so shameless!!!, Khushi mentally scolded herself.
Khushi then innocently looked up at Arnav and started "I drank some red drinks..." Arnav cut her off saying "containing alchohol" and Khushi's eyes widened at that.
"I had a fight with your client..." Khushi continued this time with an apology in her eyes.
"I wonder why?" Arnav spoke in the middle making Khushi blush and look down and Arnav just gave a small smile, he totally adored her.
"I chucked your phone out of the car..." said Khushi apologetically and Arnav just gave a nod at that, smiling inwards.
"And...I...I...asked...you...to...to" Khushi was way too embarassed to talk about her asking him for a kiss but it looked like Arnav won't be letting her go until she said it.
"You asked me what?" Arnav asked mischievously trying to get a glimpse of Khuhsi's blushing face.
"I...I...wo...asked you to...k...ki...kissme" Khushi closed her eyes and rushed the sentence in the hurry to just say it.
Yay, finally, said it...but this is so embarassing...what must be Arnavji thinking.
Arnav's lips stretched into a smile before he came dangerously close and said "do you remember what happened after that?" Earning a head shake from Khushi.
"You asked me to kiss you...and...then we..." Arnav's lips were now just a centimeter away from Khushi's, whereas, Khushi was now blushing deep red, she looked like a rose now. Khushi could guess what coukd have happened next and now her heart was jumping with joy, waiting for that moment to arrive. She had forgoten her first kiss WITH the person SHE LOVED! But the second kiss she was gonna share with the person she love more than herself would be saved by her for her whole lifetime. There is no way she can ever forget this moment.
Arnav slowly again pressed his lips against Khushi's, very slowly, taking his own sweet time. Khushi felt Arnav's lips on her's and her heart skipped a beat, there were butterflies now in her stomaching, dancing and singing with joy probably. Arnav's one hand cupped Khushi's face and the other hand was interwined with one of Khushi's hands. Khushi had melted into his warmth, this felt so dreamy yet real. Khushi's free hand went into Arnav's thick hair and she clutched his hair to pull him closer. Arnav entered Khushi's mouth as she allowed him to and after devouring it all Arnav pulled away. The kiss was passionate.
Arnav's hand was still in Khushi's hand and the other was cupping her cheek. Arnav gently squeezed Khushi's hand indicating her to look at him but she was way too shy to do that.
This was the man she loved more than anything or anyone and she had just shared her first conscious kiss with him. She was on the top of the world right now and there is nothing that could bring her down right now, however, at the same time Khushi was blushing the deepest shade of red and couldn't look into his eyes.
Armav used his hand that was Khushi's cheek to lift her face up and...rabba ve...their first eye lock after their proper kiss.
Arnav leaned in and kissed her forehead before flicking her nose with his index finger and saying "Laal ho gayi hai" (It's gone red)
Khushi just gave an innocent smile after that.
"Anyway, get ready and freshened up, I'll drop you home" Arnav said as he was getting up.
"Ummm...Arnavji...can you take me to the Mandir first?...I need to ask for forgivesness" Khushi hesitantly asked, remembering the fact that he didn't believe in God. Arnav just nodded with a small smile and walked towards the door and stopped there, turned, had a last look Khushi's still pink face and then he exited the room.
