ego hota toh Reva kabhi nahi aathi because Arjun didnt answer her calls...

And Arjun wasnt avoiding her calls because of his ego...he was avoiding her calls because he couldnt face her questions nor could he lie to her...

But Reva is so simple and innocent that she can never guess what was troubling Arjun...she can only assume that Arjun is angry with her and so he doesnt take her calls...
