I could catch that Anya was talking to her cousin now and judging by the one sided talk all I could assume was that she was talking to Khush and that she was really excited. I waited for her and finally I saw her cut the call. I went to her and hugged her.

"I have super news" I said.

She hugged me again and mumbled "Same here" into my neck. I pulled out of the hug and looked at her.

We didn't have a round of 'You first' games today and that meant we were both serious. We had a minute of silence and I was the one to break it.

"I found about the girl Arnav was talking about , the one who took his interview today and the fan girl we met four years ago, they are both the same and her name is Khushi" I finished in a sentence.

Anya had a mischievous smile on her face. This time I was unable to read what was on her mind.

"Guess what?"

"What?" I was completely blank on why she was behaving like this. Then it struck me, her cousin Khush, he name is Khushi and she is also a very big fan of Arnav, wait she worked for some channel as intern.

"No way don't tell me that.." she cut me mid-off.

"The Khushi you are talking about is my very own cousin"

"No way Anya, you mean Arnav is crazy about my soon to be sister in law? I cant believe it" I said

"Well I couldn't believe it too. Anyways I think you should tell Arnav, but don't tell him about her being my cousin. We'll surprise him about that later"

"Okay let me call him" I said nodding.

I was about to call him when my phone rang. And guess who it was? ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA himself.

"Its Arnav" I said to her

"Pick it up"

And finally I attended the call.

"Hello Arnav"

"Rish, you know something? I found about her" I was shocked. Anya questioned me silently at my expression and I mouthed 'he knows something' to her.

"What do you know about her?"

"I asked Niveda about the cut outs she used to keep of me. She had them and I saw the photo that came in the newspapers four years back. And you'll be shocked to know that Khushi and that fan girl.."

"Are the same" I cut him off and completed the sentence for him

"You know?" That was his next question.

"Come on Arnav its obvious that I tried to contact Karan again . I was about to pick up the phone to call you when you phoned."

"Really? What else do you know?"

"I know many more things dude, but I know a very important thing at the moment , which I'm keeping as a secret from you, until you break up with Alisha!"

"What? Are you serious?" Shock and excitement was evident from his voice.

"Yup" I replied.

"So you got her phone number, called her and asked her whether she wanted to date me and she said yes?"

"Too close but that isn't the actual reason, so keep guessing and yeah Have a great time breaking up with your first ever girlfriend.

I cut the call soon. Anya had already left sometime in between the call and I hadn't noticed when. I went straight to my room thinking of a plan to bring them face to face.

Then out of nowhere a brilliant idea struck me. I don't know how that happened because I get those great ideas once in a blue moon.

Before I worked on my plan I needed to find a ring for my Anya. I was thinking of proposing her soon but I didn't know that I would be doing that today when I woke up. I was so excited. Just like a kid in a candy store.

So I'm finally going to propose my sweetheart, this will be a huge surprise for her as she wont be expecting me to do that today. She had always told me about the dreams she had of me proposing her.

So now I'm proposing her first and then I'll work out on my plan to surprise the other two with her along my side.

I decided to make everything quick and so I got up and dressed in my favourite blue jeans and a baby yellow shirt. Anya loves the colour yellow and she says that this shade of the colour suits me very well. I couldn't help but agree with her then. But she is right. I looked at myself in the mirror and I knew I was ready to go.

I sneaked out of my own house without being noticed by my mom and her. As I left the house I took my phone and texted her.

I wrote Rishu because I knew she loved to call me that and I allowed her to do that only when we were alone and that too when I was in my best mood.

I knew she would be reaching my secret garden which was a few miles from the town soon.

I went to the best jewellery in town. I came across the best diamond ring I've seen in my life there and picked it up for the most beautiful woman I had in my life.

The ring had a big and beautiful diamond in the middle and it was surrounded by small red and green stones. Overall it was gorgeous and I knew that it would fit in her ring finger perfectly. I loved it, but I loved the girl the girl to whom this ring would belong to in a few hours more.

I called up some people to do some arrangements before she reached there and I asked them to make it fast as I only had an hour left.

I picked up my phone and saw that I had a text from her

Why? When did you leave?

Anya

I ignored her question and texted her back.

This girl knew me very well, and that is the reason I'm proposing her. Arnav was the other who could read me like an open book besides my mom, but I couldn't propose both of them.

Well coming back to the arrangements, I had to rush and ensure that everything were perfect. I wanted this to be really perfect.

As I reached the garden old memories came flooding through me. Arnav and I used to spend a lot of time here. He was the one who helped me set this garden up since he had a passion for plants and especially flowers. I came here whenever I felt lonely, when I was extremely happy or extremely sad. I remember coming here with Arnav when we were selected in the National team for the first time.

I brought Anya here for the first time 3 months after we met and she loved it. Today I know nobody else can take he place in my life.

I always came here with either Anya or Arnav. If I was upset with both of them together then they wont bother coming here searching for me since they knew I wouldn't need company. But we would soon patch up whatever the fight is about.

I reached my garden and ensured that all the arrangements were perfectly done. I had ordered her favourite dishes for dinner along with her favourite dessert. I knew that mom would be upset since she had prepared dinner for four tonight and first Arnav left, then me and now Anya. But I'm sure she would forgive us for skipping her dinner when she knows that her son is getting married soon. Well that is only if Anya says YES and I'm positive about that.

I looked around and saw that the table was set perfectly next to my favourite tree on which I had fitted a camera to shoot all this. I could hear the music from my Ipod which was set to her favourite romantic songs. Everything was perfect and now I was waiting for my girl.

I saw her walking through the path in between the roses. She resembled an angel. The navy blue dress hung to her frame completely showing off her perfect figure. The blue colour complemented her skin very well and she was absolutely beautiful with the smile on her face.

She came to me and stood in front of me. I was standing in such a position so that the camera could record everything perfectly. She had a confused expression on her face . before she could open her mouth to question me I handed over the letter I had written to her.

"Read it" I said.

She looked at me for a while and then her eyes shifted to the yellow paper which was now in her hands. I watched her as she read the letter. I had written

You came to my life when even I didn't believe in myself, my abilities. You nurtured me , supported me and made me who I'm today.

You have seen the good and bad sides of me, been with me in good and bad times.

Shifting from me to you , You are the most beautiful girl I've ever met in my life. The moments I've spent with you are the most beautiful moments of my life.

I cant live without the small fights we have. I cant survive without seeing your smile.

As the letter finished she looked at me. Well I was on my knees now , in front of her. I think she hadn't noticed me going down while she was reading the letter.

"Will you Anya Gupta gather the courage and take the Risk of marrying me and spend the rest of your life with me which I assure you will be really spicy?"

Even though we have had this conversation before she would've never expected me to pop the question today. And I knew the answer but was still tensed.

I saw her eyes getting glassy as she nodded YES to my question. I placed the ring on her finger and I was right, it fitted perfectly.

"I love you" I said as I got up

"I Love You too" She said and I kissed her.

We pulled out of the passionate kiss needing some air.

"Dance with me" I said and she agreed

We began dancing to the next song that came up. That was one of my favourites too. We slow danced for about two songs and that was passionate too. After a while we decided to have dinner.

We started talking about our future together and then it at some point turned to Arnav and Khushi. We planned out how to bring them face to face and introduce them properly.

We were now ready to go. I ensured that we two were now out of the camera's view. I reached for the camera from behind and pressed the 'stop' button.

To say Anya was shocked to see that would be an understatement.

"Sorry sweetheart, I wanted to preserve the moment forever"

"You are so cute."

"Really?" I pouted at the word cute .

"Really. Now lets go"

And then I left the place with soon-to-be Mrs. Singhania by my side!
