Hey guys! Firstly, I'm sorry I know its short! I didn't want to elaborate on the court scenes etc - too frustrated with tanveer.

I really hope it doesn't seem rushed, cuz if it does i'd be quite sad😭... but I'd like you to be honest if you feel it was a rushed ending.

Epilogue:

After all the explanation, the family rushed to the court for the hearing. Luckily there were no glitches, the recordings were accepted as proof – and no one could deny it. Tanveer tried to defend herself initially and was successful, but defending was a one-time thing. She had to give up defending herself because her stories made no sense after a point. The court had sentenced her 15 years of jail, and the child would go to the orphanage. However Zoya volunteered to adopt the child and raise it. Up until now Tanveer was seething with anger but when she saw Zoya's selfless attitude towards her child, she calmed down.

So far Tanveer had no emotional attachment to the child, but realizing that her child was her only support now – the attachment grew from nowhere. She only had a few months more with it, and then she would be all alone. She was slightly devastated and now she understood the law of karma – what goes around comes around. She had found her motivation and inspiration to be a good person. Her child would motivate her, and Zoya's selfless nature had inspired her.

While she was being taken away by the police, she apologized to Zoya and Asad for everything she had done. They both knew her apology was sincere – but there was nothing they could do about it except to forgive her and let her live through the life she created for herself.

It had been a month since the hearing and everything was well in the Khan Mansion. Aapi and Jeeju had moved to Bhopal for good – to be closer to Zoya. They lived merely ten minutes away. This way Zoya brought the two families closer, as they met for lunch every Sunday. With all the troubles gone, Dilshaad often pestered them to start their own family. Najma on the other hand, was on the verge of graduating, so Zoya kept finding guys for her. Asad and Zoya would bicker a lot about it – actually they would still bicker about every little thing. The Khan Mansion never felt normal if they were not bickering.

And this way life went on with little glitches here and there every so often. After all, this wasn't a fairy tale.
