Morning
geet woke up with heavy head.she remembered what happened at party.
she smiled sadly-Geet isme dukhi hone ki kya baat hai.Iss
Sachchaayi ko koi bhi nahin jhuthla sakta ki tum Sagar khanna ki
nahin unke driver Mohan ki beti ho.un logon ne tum par daya karke
tumhen apne ghar me jagah di thi.Dad hote to shayad kuch aur hi
baat hoti.
suddenly she saw that she was in her room, on her bad.
main to kal car me hi so gayi thi phir yahan kaise.Kya maan mujhe
apni baahon me utha kaer yahan tak laaya.
Her cheeks turned to a deeper shade by imagining her self in his
arms,but stopped herself-nahin.Don't even think that Geet .May be I was too tired that I didn't hear him.majboori me usko mujhe uthana pada hoga.tu Maan se pyar karti hai par ye bhi to tera ek kabhi pura na hone wala sapna hai.so come back to the reality and get up.
after having bath she came out of her room, went towards the
kitchen.
Priya -good morning Geet.
Geet-Good morning aunty. she tried to smile but failed.
Priya was alredy done with her morning tea with Ram.
(In Moradabad Priya was having enough time to give her company to Ram on morning tea so no morning tea sessions between Ram and geet)
geet asked Priya if she needed her help in preparing breakfast.
Priya told that breakfast was all ready.She helped Priya in
arranging dinning table.Sam,Dadi and Ram were too on the dinning
table.Priya asked sam to call maan for the break fast but dadi
said-why Sameera? Geet tum jaao aur maan ko bula kar laao.
Geet saw Sam she was again fuming but kept cool.Geet went to Maan's room and knocked -Maan, Maan are you there?
She heard the opening sound of door and saw maan coming out of the bathroom.he was in black vest and jeans.geet saw him and said-Maan aunty breakfast ke liye bula rahi hain.and turned to go back but Maan stopped her-Geet .
She stopped and Maan came in front of her -Are you okey?
Geet nodded-hmmm..wo...wo..I want to say sorry for the night.mujhe pata hi nahin chala ki main kab so gayi.tumhen mujhe room tak utha kar lana pada.Tum ne mujhe uthhaya kyun nahin?aur haan thanks bhi kahna tha kal mere saath rahne ke liye aur mujhe sambhaalne ke liye.I will be always grateful to you.
Maan-Geet why are you being so formal.ye sorry and thank u kahane ka matlab jaanti ho na?hum dost hain.Friend are always there when their friends need them.I know that you are still
hurt but that doesn't mean that you will behave like stranger with me.aur ho sake to kal raat ko bhool jaao.Think it only as a bad dream and forget.kisi aur ke liya nahin to mere liye hi sahi.Pls
Geet-again nodded and smiled.jaldi aao aunty bula rahi hain.

All were having breakfast
Savitriji.Priya kal karwa chauth hai to tumeh aaj kafi kaam karne
hain.Geet ke liye ek achchi si dress dilwa dena .Mehndi wali ko bhi
bula lena.wo yahin aakar tum dono ko mehndi laga degi.
Priya-Maa ! kal Sameera bhi fast rakhegi.
Savitriji-Kyun?
Priya-maa actually she is very excited for this fast.Girls can keep fast to get a good husband.I think we should let her keep the fast.
Savitriji-As you say.Sameera ko bhi ek treditional dress dilwa dena nahin yo kal puja ke time phir western dress pahan kar khadi ho jaayagi.
Sameera saw Priya with complaining eyes she signalled her to keep
quiet.
Priya-Theek hai maa.main in dono ko market le jaoongi.
Savitriji-and buy a dress for your self too.Ram you and maan will
go with them to chose dresses for Priya and Geet.
Geet-nahin dadi main nahin jaaongi.Aunty I will wear what ever you choose for me . pls I want to stay at home.
Maan heard her and didn't say anything as he could understand her meantal condition.
Savitriji noticed some changes in Geet-Geet what happened ?Tum
theek ho na.Tabiyat theek hai na tumhaari?
Maan smiled sercastically.The person who is the reason for all this is her self asking for her well being.
geet-Ji dadi main theek hoon bas having little bit headache.
savitriji-i will apply hot oil in your hair so the headache will be
fine.
Geet-No dadi I m fine .I will have a pain killer and I will be alright.
After breakfast Ram maan Priya and Sam went for shopping.
At mall priya took Sam to the best shop.First Ram helped Priya to select a saree for her.It was red in color with green border.
then Priya asked maan to select a dress for Sam. he selected a
baby pink saree with golden contrast(he was imagining only Geet in
that saree.)
Sam saw that saree and said-Aunty actually I will not feel
comfortable in saree. Can I select some thing else for my self.
Priya wanted to stop her but Ram said-Priya let her select the
dress for her self.
Priya-But maan has selected such a lovely saree for her and it's
for karwa chauth. can't she understand.
Ram-Let her do Priya.Geet ke liye bhi to dress lena hai na to ye
saree hum geet ke liye le lete hain.
Ram saw maan and maan grinned at him-Thanks papa.
Sam selected an Light comfortable suit for herself.she thought-
shadi ke baad hi fast karwa leti.Aunty bhi kuchh bhi kah deti
hain.abhi fast ki kya zaroorat thi.Ye suit kafi comfortable hai.I
will wear this only.
They paid the bill and returned.On the way Priya booked a mendiwala for applying the mehendi. At home Priya handed over saree to Geet-Geet do you like it .
Geet-It's beautiful. Thanks aunty
Priya-Maan ne pasand ki hai.
geet smiled and thanked Maan for the saree.

Night
All had dinned early as mehendi wala was to arrived.Priya appointed him for the night as he was busy in day in applying mehendi on other customers.he applied menendi's letest designs on all hands and went.
priya-ab tum log so jaao.subah jaldi uthna hai.Sargi ke liye.and
remove your mehendi in the morning itself.it will darken if you
will leave it for the full night.
Sam-at what time we will have to wake up?
Priya -At 4
Sam AT 4?it's too early aunty.
priya-yes you have to eat it before the sun rises.and it will take
time to prepare yourselves.
Sam-Okey
Priya-Geet aaj tumhen kya ho gaya hai.you are very quiet.is every thing alright?
Geet-Yes aunty.Main theek hoon.and went to sleep.
At 4 Sam and geet woke up.Priya wanted Sam to eat sergi first from Maan's hand as she was the actual would be wife of maan.(Sergi is gifted by mother in law and is eaten from the hand of husband)She thought to make her eat first then to go to savitriji's room to take sargi.Geet ka shagun bhi unke samne ho jaayega.She called maan and Ram to complete the rituals of maan and Sam's sargi
priya-First you will feed sargi to Smeera as she is keeping fast
for you.geet ko maa ke kamre me unke saamne khila dena
Maan saw Smeera and Geet(st)how it is possible.sargi to main pahle geet ko hi khilaoonga.I m sure she will keep fast even if maa said her to not to keep it.
He thought for few minutes.Priya was arranging sargi in a thali and Maan saw kheer there.Kheer was his favorite.
Maan-Wow Maa! sargi me kheer bhi banti hai, mujhe to pata hi nahin tha.I love it.he took one spoon full of kheer, tested it and said-it so yummy.Geet try it you know maa makes a yummy kheer and he shoved that spoon in Geet's mouth to feed her.geet wasn't expecting this so she opened her mouth without thinking to take that kheer

Priya-Maan kya kar rahe ho?This was Sameera's sargi.
maan-sorry maa.I couldn't keep control on my self seeing this
kheer.No problem, I will feed sameera too now and he fed some kheer to sam too, but his goal was already achieved by feeding geet first
Ram was watching this drama of his son as he knew what maan had done.he smiled in her mind.
maan-Maa today I will too keep fast.
Priya shockingly-What? but why?
Maan-Arrey maa ab koi mere liye itne pyar se fast rakhne wala hai aaj to mera bhi to kuchh farz hai na.he was saying all looking at Geet.Ram coughed loudly to bring his son back as he didn't want him to be caught red handed.and Maan quickly said by controling himself- hai na Sameera?ab tum fast karogi to main kaise peeche rahoon.you too need to live long
and Sameera was all happy to hear that-really you are going to keep fast for me?
maan-aur nahin to kya Geet ke liye?
Geet smiled to hear him.She didn't notice it that maan had
completed first ritual with her only.
Priya-Ram learn something from your son.see how much he cares for his love.See your self, you never kept a fast with me.and she
pouted as she was hurt
Ram-Maan kya yaar mujhe phansa diya tune.ab main kya karoon. chalo Priya aaj main tumhen khush kar deta hoon.I will to keep fast today for you.Happy?
Priya-Arrey! I was joking Ram.How will you keep fast for full
day.You never have done this.
Ram-But I m not jocking.Actually kabhi iss baare me socha hi nahin. Rahi fast kaise hoga to jaise tum rakhogi waise hi main bhi kar loonga .and geet and Sam are to doing it first time.
Geet smiled to see Ram.She liked Ram for caring his family Maan was feeling good seeing her smiling.
They all went in Savitriji's room. she was waiting for them.She
instucted Priya to let Maan and Geet complete the ritual as they
were younger.
maan fed Geet with Kheer and made her drink water.Geet was not seeing at him while doing all the rituals
Ram-maa aapka pota bhi fast rakhega aaj.
Savitriji-Really.shadi se pahle hi joru ki gulaami shuru,saying this she laughed.she again said-But I m very happy to see his love
for Geet.Geet you too fed him with some kheer.Maan is keping fast to he also should have fed with the sergi.
Geet was little nervous while feeding him.her hands were shaking.
Maan held her hand and took that kheer in.Geet looked at maan for his action and he smiled but geet bent her head down.she was finding at difficult to do all those rituals.For others She was pretending but for herself she was living a dream in real.Aaj wo sabhi rasmen nibha rahi thi jo kabhi dobara nahin nibha paayegi.
Priya(st) maine Sameera se to kaha hi nahin Maan ko kheer khilaane ke liye.ye rasm to adhoori rah gayi.chalo, ab kya kar sakte hain.
Maan-dadi Your son is too going to keep fast for maa today for the fist time after his marriage.
Savitriji-Geet ke aane se kafi kuchh badal raha hai.It's good.some times children too can teach their parents. Achha now show your mehandi.let me see whose mehendi is darker.
Priya and Sameera showed their mehendi.Both of them had a quite dark shade of mehendi on their hands.
Priya-Sam your mehendi is quite dark.I must say your would be
husband is going to love you very much.
Sam-Thanks aunty.and saw maan with some hope to see reactions. but he was not seeing her.
Priya-Geet tum bhi to dikhaao apni mehendi.But Geet kept her both hands behind herself-nahin aunty.It's ok.kuchh khaas nahin hai.
Savitriji-So what? Atleast show us.
Sam-shayad isse sharm aa rahi hai.light mehendi dikhaane me.arrey geet don't worry koi mazaak nahin banaayega .dikhaao na.and she pulled her hands with force and every one watched her hands with so much surprise.her mehendi was too dark that it was giving effects of black color instead of dark brown.
priya-OMG.it's too dark geet.I havn't seen such a dark mehendi.I must say you are very lucky.Your would be husband is definitely going to be mad in your love.

Ram was going to fast for her after so many years of marriage . She thanked geet in her heart.After that All took the blessings of savitriji and went to their rooms to catch some sleep
